So frustrated with the poor customer service I am getting from payflex customer support. Their system won’t let me make a payment manually using EFT or bank card option. I have tried to change banks and bank card on the App and still getting same error. I contacted my bank to see if the debit orders have been blocked but they confirmed that there is no flags on their side. I had 3 orders with payflex and I could manually pay the other 2 orders but the one order keeps being rejected so clearly the issue is not my bank. I have been logging the issue on the customer support service but I get quick response that doesn’t help. They keep telling me to use the EFT or bank card option which I already stated that they do not work. The arrears keeps increasing non stop and this is frustrating.
Frustrated and disgusted with Standard bank home insurance dept. They sent plumbers on Wed 17 Sept to fix my geyser. At the time our water supply was closed from the outside water meter box. Few mins after the plumbers left we turned the water back on from the water meter box and immediately the pipe supplying hot water to my kitchen sink bursted and I quickly called the plumbers back because they just left. When they arrived they told me that this is not their problem as they were only there for the geyser.. I explained to them that this issue was not there before otherwise I would have added it to the claim and they could actually that the pressure coming from the geyser was the cause. They told me that they have other job they have to attend to and they Ieft. I laid a complaint with the complaints department only to receive an email stating that it will take up to 8 working days for them to resolve the matter. In the meantime we are sitting without water coz we have to close the water supply from the meter box otherwise my house will be flooded. 15+ years of paying insurance yet when you need help they are useless.
