Pharmadiv theft
Placed an order with Pharmadiv longer than a month ago. Still not recieved it. They never answer their phone and do not respond to my refund requests. They have def ****** my money & so I am warning the public about this company. Do not be fooled by their proffesional looking website.

Payflex nightmare
How can anyone give good reviews for this company. I have experienced lots of bad & good service but Payflex is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They never respond or never respond correctly to your requests or emails. You cannot get hold of them over the phone. The worst is that they just don't care about customer service because they are too big. And there is nothing we can do as consumers.

I knew I must not do the debit order but i went ahead and done it & now they are deducting R98 *******ly from my account. This is a *****elent so called company....that never really gets loans for people but does the debit order **** & makes money *******ly. My fault was not to first look at their reviews. When I phoned them this morning they put the phone down in my ear?

Terrible service & unhelpful.
Bad,Bad,Bad. What a terrible company to deal with. The WORST service I have got from a company in a long time. BUT they just dont care because they are too big. The MANY bad reviews they get do't phase them. I wish as a consumer we had more recourse against these terrible companies. The so-called verification process they require NEVER works and now I just cannot do any purchases with them. Unfortunately one needs the service they offer????

No customer service
Have been with Payflex for several years & when they started out their service was quite good..BUT it has become VERY VERY bad over the last year. They now have no tel no that you can contact them on and when you send emails the problems NEVER get sorted out. I am leaving payflex & going to use Pay Just Now only...they have much better service.

Bad service
This companies service has got very bad over the last period. I cannot get urgent help with my emails as it is almost impossible to get hold of them telephonically. (They are worse than phoning government departments.) I am definitely moving my hosting and all other services. Cannot deal with this bad service. Frustrating!

These guys are one of the best online companies to deal with for toner for your printer. Excellent service....quick delivery. Would highly reccommend them.

Very good servive & company
This is probably the best online company you can buy from. I have purchased goods from them several times and their service is outstanding. Their prices are also good. I would highly reccommend this company.

Very bad company to do business with.
I would not recommend this company at all. Their service is very bad, but this is not all. They continually deduct money from our account that is NOT according to the contract. When you try and query it, they will take forever to respond, if they do and then they'll just justify their actions and not refund your money. I highly regret the day I decided to do business with them. You do so at your peril!

Bad bad after sales service.
Be aware of this company. They give the image of a legitimate company but they are actually scammers. There service seems good when they take your money for a product, you'll get it quite quick. BUT the problems & excuses start if you want to return something even when if its faulty & not working right. They will try everything not want to refund you and you may end up loosing your money. BE WARNED. These people give VERY BAD after sales service and you will buy from them at your peril. I've bought lots of products from Takelot & have had to return several....Without any issues you will get your refund from takealot..but not these guys. I may have to end up going to the small claims court with them, that's how bad they are. BEWARE!!!!
