Placed an order with Pharmadiv longer than a month ago. Still not recieved it. They never answer their phone and do not respond to my refund requests. They have def ****** my money & so I am warning the public about this company. Do not be fooled by their proffesional looking website.

I placed an order with Pharmadiv more than a month ago and have still not received it. Since then, every response I get from them is the exact same generic message: “We are doing everything we can to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.” This automated reply has been repeated multiple times, yet there has been zero actual progress, no estimated delivery date, no tracking information, and no concrete update on what the actual problem is. At this point, the constant copy-paste responses feel like they are just stalling and not addressing the issue. A month is far too long to wait for an order, especially with no proper communication or resolution plan. I expect either: Immediate dispatch of my order with proper tracking, or A full refund without further delays. Pharmadiv needs to do better than vague reassurances. Customers deserve transparency and actual results, not repeated empty promises.

I placed an order with Pharmadiv more than a month ago and have still not received it. I placed an order on the 6th of May and to date I have not received my order. On the 14th April I placed an online order and made payment. I received an automated email saying my order had been received. On the 22nd April I sent an email asking when I would get my order and then on the 4th May got another email saying my order had been received and the team was working diligently at filling the order and it would be dispatched shortly.... I then asked them to refund my money as I had run out of the products I needed and had to purchase them myself. 2 days later I got an apology email saying they did not mean for the delay and I should send my banking details and I would be refunded promptly. On the 7th May I was told my details were being forwarded to the relevant department for processing. When I had received nothing by the 12th I emailed again (13th) and was referred to the owner, who I emailed the same day forwarding all the emails pertaining to the order. He rep**** the next day apologising and his team was actively monitoring the process to ensure my refund was attended to as soon as possible. Today is the 21st and I STILL have not received my refund of R953.69. The owner, Chris obviously does not care about the bad reviews as I told him that I would be doing this. I cannot believe the total incompetence of one company to process an order or even process a refund. I am out of pocket twice now as I still had to buy the products I ordered from Pharmadiv. I wish I had gone to look at the reviews of this company before purchasing, as I see I am not the first to suffer. The most disgusting thing is that Chris' email footer claims he is a business developer - well if this is how a business is developed and run, I certainly would not like his assistance even if it is for free!

They had the audacity to charge me 300 for expedited shipping, it has been over two months and i have not received any correspondence from these ******.I requested a refund and till this day i have not received my refund either. Zondo commision must look into these *******, i doubt they even have a warehouse, just a bunch of ********s selling pictures of medication online, ****ming sick people who really need the medication.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of delivery from this company. I placed an order (Order #827475) on 18 January 2026, for R1432,35. Despite multiple follow-ups via email, I received generic responses stating that the order was "being processed" and would be delivered "soon." After more than two months of waiting and no progress, I lodged a formal complaint with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) on 24 March. Even with the CGSO's involvement, it took until May 8 to finally receive a full refund. I would not recommend shopping here.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of delivery from this company. I placed an order (Order #827475) on 18 January 2026, for R1432,35. I received a full refund, THANK YOU. This unfortunately took a few months but partly my fault for not asking for a refund earlier.but kept on asking when my delivery would take place. PharmaDic reply to all my quarries. I found that to deal with them via WhatsApp was better than with E-mails.
