I placed an order on the 6th of May and to date I have not received my order. When I reached out to the via WhatsApp they keep on telling me my order is receiving urgent attention and then no feedback is given. This is a **** what is more worrying is that they use platforms like Happy Pay and PayJustNow. This is theft, I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order
I placed an order for a bed on the 2nd of September 2020 with the saleslady (Marzanne), what was brought to my attention was that it takes between 4-6 weeks for delivery as the bed was going to be manufactured. I proceeded with the order in anyway. I call after the four weeks to check on the progress of the bed, I was told that the bed will be delivered on the 6th week being the 14th of October 2020, latest on the 16th of October 2020 (which is two days beyond the six week mark). On the 15th of October around 15:25, I call River Walk Furniture to find out what is going on as no one has contacted me to arrange delivery. There was no solid response. I called on Friday the 16th of October 2020 and demanded to talk to Marzanne, the response I got was that my bed will be delivered on the 20 October 2020. Here I am on the 21st of October 2020, with no bed. What upsets me the most is that no one from River Walk Furniture has kept me in the loop of things, if I do not call nothing happens, I have been literally chasing after them through phone calls and till now there is nothing to show for my effort. I will never purchase any furniture from River Walk nor recommend them to anyone. I am appalled to say the least
I was at the Pick n Pay at Mall of the North, I was so disappointed to say the least. I went to withdraw a cash send processed via Investec, the cashier was clueless as to what I talking about. I asked her to call the manager and she said in Pedi “ If I don’t know it then nobody knows it”. I told her that I had used the facility at Emoyeni Mall close to the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport which is located in an informal settlement yet the cashier knew exactly what to do the moment I present the sms to him. She said in Pedi “Maybe there at that Pick n Pay not here”. There was a back and forth between her and I. I did not like the attitude she displayed and the whole situation drew a whole lot of unnecessary attention.
I just called the FNB customer care center and I was on hold for 14 minutes, then I decided to hang up cause by the look of things my call was not going to be answered anytime soon
