Cheap China couch
All I can say is, don't buy anything from this furniture store, I paid 30k plus for a couch only to find a cardboard, with thin materials and cheap equipment, am disgusted, because I complain within a week after purchasing a corner couch from them, if you don't want to waste your hard earned money, buy from this shop.

Worst service, they are selling furniture they don’t have.
The worst service I have ever received in my entire life.. been waiting for my bar chairs for the past 6 months now, one excuse after another. I’m just glad that I nearly ordered couches with them… because right now I’m being blue ticked by Christa.

They will ***** your money be warned !!!!
ave to get cops and lawyers involved it’s so bad Do not buy here whatever you do. People are ******* Thersia is such a ****, she keeps apologising and saying the directors are overseas - they promised my money back for over a month now nothing- tried to deliver the wrong bed after I told her a king would not fit- i have gone to the police on this. Believe me do yourself a favour stay clear of these people.

Horrible service from Riverwalk Furnitures
Horrible experience, paid a hefty deposit and they can’t deliver the item and now they just refuse to pay back the deposit, empty promises and rude staff who just give one excuse after the other about people being on leave, directors overseas etc.

Give Me My Money Back 😤
Poor Service: We Bought Bar Stools , the Sales lady Christa promised to deliver before the 20 December,No Communication, in Feb they delivered 4 bar stools * different leather to what we picked on the shop floor, the legs of the Stools were UnEven 🙄. We asked them to refund Us instead.. It’s now been 9 Months and they refuse to refund Our Monies. They continue to withhold our money.
