I placed an order with Pharmadiv more than a month ago and have still not received it. Since then, every response I get from them is the exact same generic message: “We are doing everything we can to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.” This automated reply has been repeated multiple times, yet there has been zero actual progress, no estimated delivery date, no tracking information, and no concrete update on what the actual problem is. At this point, the constant copy-paste responses feel like they are just stalling and not addressing the issue. A month is far too long to wait for an order, especially with no proper communication or resolution plan. I expect either: Immediate dispatch of my order with proper tracking, or A full refund without further delays. Pharmadiv needs to do better than vague reassurances. Customers deserve transparency and actual results, not repeated empty promises.
They were quick and efficient and their work is of the highest quality. I was highly impressed with my purchase.
I recently bought three items from Runway and they accidentally forgot to put the one item in the bag. I called them and spoke to Carla. She was so friendly and helpful and quick with her response and three days later I received my item. Excellent service.
