Canvas and More
I made the mistake to order a special package on Canvas and More on the 28th of November 2025 with the option of putting the order through in the following 6 months. It was a very busy time for so I only got to put my order in in January. Firstly by that time the link they sent to me had expired. They re-send the link, but it still did not work. I was then advised to use Wetransfer to send the pictures, which I did on the 25th of January already. I enquired as to how I will indicate which photo should be printed on which size canvas and they rep**** that one of the 'designers' (I cannot remember the exact term) will contact me about my order. No one has contacted me yet about the sizes of my canvases but I have received 3 mails to tell me that they cannot start with my order as they have not received my pictures yet and then I sent through the email again that states that my Wetransfer was successful. I order some of the canvases specifically for a friend of mine whose birthday it was today on the 18th of February suffice to say I did not have a gift for her today. In the past I have been very happy with their service, but then I ordered the canvas immediately after paying.

Canvas and More excellent service
I don't understand, I read reviews of Canvas and More stating that they got orders wrong.... If you do your order online there is no way that they can get your order wrong as you must select size, layout etc... I bought my package with the black Friday special and decided to wait for January to place my order as I knew they would be busy before Christmas and you have 6 months to place your order after you bought your combo. I placed my order on the 5th of January through the order link that was send to me via email so if something wasn't right it would have been my own fault as you even must make sure your picture is centered. They kept me updated through the whole process and I received my order today 13th January. I had a query and they answered me immediately through email. When I opened my package that was wrapped needly everything was perfect, even photos that was taken with a cellphone looked like the professional photos. I would highly recommend Canvas and More, and look forward to my next order with them

Terrible Quality!!!!!!!!!
Order 303844. Pitty I can't upload images. Online orders apparently does not go through human quality control even though on the update mail received, the canvases when for qualty check. +- R1000.00 down the drain. I was so ashamed opening my canvases at work after talking highly about Canvas and more. This is my birthday present from my daughter and husband. I can only throw this in the trash. Preview was perfect but the end result have only half fotos on the canvas. I will never ever buy through them again.

Order Placed 28 November – Still Not Delivered, No Refund Response
I placed an order with Canvas and More on 28 November 2024 (Order #299144) and, to date, I have still not received my order. From the beginning, there were multiple issues with the delivery address being captured incorrectly, despite me contacting the company several times and receiving confirmation that the address had been changed. The parcel was repeatedly delivered to the wrong location, causing long delays and major inconvenience. Almost a month later, there is still no clear communication or confirmation on when (or if) I would receive my order. Due to the ongoing delays, poor service, and lack of accountability, I formally requested a refund — however, I have received no response to this request. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. The service has been pathetic, especially given the time that has passed and the number of follow-ups made. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Useless
Their communication and customer response is extremely poor. I placed my order specifically so it would arrive before Christmas, but it is now clear that this will not happen. The parcel has been en route for six days with no updates. I have repeatedly tried to contact them for clarification, but they do not answer calls or provide any response at.

I can't even complain about the service because there was NONE! I placed my order on the 7th Dec 2025 so that it will be ready as PROMISED by their adverti*****ts and I Will NOT be receiving my order. They resposed on WhatsApp with my tracking number and then when I started complaining about not receiving my order they stopped responding and then blocked me on Facebook as well.... DISGUSTING to say the least! I will never recommend them to no one!!

Don’t waste your time — the quality is shocking, items were missing, and one photo was the wrong size. On top of that, their service has been combative and unapologetic. Despite clear evidence, they’ve stalled my refund and acted like they’re doing me a favour. Terrible service, no accountability — I’ve reported them to the Consumer Protection authorities.

Shocking service and failure to meet deadline!
What a terrible experience! Order placed on the 28th November for decor required for a 21st celebration on the 13th December which never arrived, even with the assurance that they understood the deadline. Numerous attempts to get hold of them telephonically and via email go unanswered. I demanded a refund only to receive an email yesterday to say that the order is on its way (1 week late). If I had seen all the bad reviews before I would never have used this company.
