I was informed that two of my photos was blurry and needed to remove the black background
I was informed that two of my photos was blurry and needed to remove the black background. I was also told that they will not be able to print them. So I resent new photos both on e-mail and on WhatsApp, which was confirmed by canvas and more that they have received it. When I received the canvas prints, it was the wrong photos (it was the first set which they informed me was incorrect and blurry.). I immediately contacted them via WhatsApp and they told me to resend the e-mail with my complaint. I resent it 3 times via e-mail, tried to get them to respond to me via WhatsApp as well as e-mail. Yet no response to when I will receive the correct canvas prints. According to the WhatsApp it is being investigated. This has now been 2 weeks and still now response. I needed those canvas prints by today (end of April). My order was placed at the beginning of March 2026. I am not sure what else I need to do to get a response from them in order to find out when can I expect the correct canvas prints.

RCS scam by perpertrators
RCS Financial services SCAM... I was contacted via e-mail offering loans at 3.5% interest. I responded after a few months needing a loan for a vehicle... They approved my loan within a few hours but wanted me to pay R2100 to their lawyers for legal documents. Although the documents seemed legal and the use of RCS logo and other information, I felt that something was not right due to some spelling mistakes and the fact that money needed to be paid upfront for attorneys. I went onto the RCS website and retrieved a number to "follow up" on my loan application. When I spoke to the lady she was very helpful and said there was no record of my application. I read to her the letter that they sent me and she said it was a scam. These people still do not know that I am aware of this scam and sent me a follow up letter giving me the bank details of their "attorney", still expecting me to pay the money. I do not know where else to report this criminal activity. Their details are as follows: Mrs. Susan Dawson, which I think is not correct. Tel number 0603440000. Fax number 0860077007. the address is the PO box number of RCS financial group in Cape Town. Their attorneys details are as follows: Barr. S. Ndevu. FNB bank, acc number 62832923420, branch code 250655. You will need to investigate and stop these people before they really get away with peoples money
