They had the audacity to charge me 300 for expedited shipping, it has been over two months and i have not received any correspondence from these ******.I requested a refund and till this day i have not received my refund either. Zondo commision must look into these *******, i doubt they even have a warehouse, just a bunch of ********s selling pictures of medication online, ****ming sick people who really need the medication.
This uber eats business is an entire ****, three times i ordered food and i received nothing but excuses. I ordered food and the driver kept on sending me messages asking "where are you" and kept on telling his stupid @ss where to leave the food, next thing I am seeing order delivered, tried calling him, he was so rude, hung up and switched off his phone🤮🤮🤮he couldnt wait to eat my food. Why would they not call you once and then switch off their phones if they know they can eat your food. This never happens when i order on MacD because driver are required to bring the food at MacD offices hence they always make sure they deliver the food. I am deleting this uber*hit
I went to collect my paxi parcel, i asked one of the staff where should i que if I am collecting a parcel, she was ugly and rude did not even bother to open her mouth to respond, rudely pointed with her head. Stood in a long line only for me to get there and be told that they do not accept foreig id. My freind had her passport, and copy of permit they refused to hand us our parcel then we requested to speak to the manager. She came to address us, full of attitude, she was rude and shouting while we still had questions, she walked back to her office while we were still talking, stood outside her office door for 5minutes, she never bothered to come back and address. You would swear we were asking for her parcels at her house. She is rude and treat that Pep store like it's her house. She had 0 respect for customers. I would never set my foot in that ****a shop ever again
The manager at Kfc in Flamingo Square Mall is very rude and unprofessional, she runs that franchise like a ****a shop. I bought the wrapsta box and before buying I was not made aware that their cooldrink machine was broken.She handed me my order without the cooldrink and I asked her where is the cooldrink and she was so uninterested in even talking, she told me that the machine was broken and I asked her to make a plan cause had she told me before paying then i would have went somewhere else and she said "oh well you must pay an extra R22 for a 500ml" when I refused she said oh well you can take your money back, how when I paid with a card. I asked her if she cannot take that 500ml and pour for me in a cup same size as the one I would have recieved with my meal and she blatantly refused, I will never ever buy anything ever again from KFC, the customer service is appaling. The staff acting all entitled to our money like they are doing us a favour. I should have went to MacD. why on earth would they make their problems my problems, if the machines are broken and they are not willing to improvise, they should shut down the franchise cause clearly they are failing and the manager has an attitude, she is so condascending and has no clue how to treat customers after selling food that is not as advertised.Even on google that branch has the worst reviews
This hand to hand bs is a ****, you guys overcharge and under deliver. it now past the edd and my suitcases are still chilling at your hub 0progress. I am so angry, they charge close to a 500 rand for one suitcase for them to be slow as snails when making the deliveries, do not use these people
My worst mistake in life was signing up with supersonic. I eventually cancelled my account because the connection was very poor, I was paying monthly for a connection that did not even work and I finally cancelled because I had also had enough of the poor customer service. The agents are rude and can put you on hold for over an hour. I thought my nightmare of dealing with Supersonic was over well I thought wrong, even though my account is on 0, I am getting harrased by VVM supersonic debt collectors claiming I owe them money. i have sent several emails to supersonic to take my name of that list but I have not received any response instead I am getting harrased and they are messing up my credit score.
I am so dissapointed with Clicks online, I purchased medication online on the 5th of May 2022 and on the very same day I purchased from dischem online and with Dischem order, I received it within 3 days but with clicks I have been waiting for over two weeks and when I check order status, there has been no progress. I am beyond dissapointed with clicks online.
Wow I lost all my patience with cell c tonight. I lost connection for whole two hours and when i tried to call them, the agent I spoke to was rude and arrogant. I told her am unable to connect or make phone calls, she just responded with an attitude that i should roam to other networks then and dropped the call. I am so disgusted with cell c customer service, the other agent put me on hold for over 30 mins when I requested to speak to a manager and eventually dropped the line, I have been with cell c for over 10years and today marks the end of the road for us. I feel sorry for cellc users xeim, cellc has a ****py customer service they might aswell close down the call center. People who work there are grumpy and arrogant, lack empathy and will waste your time. Cant wait for tomorrow morning to go buy a telkom simcard.
I am utterly disgusted by the customer service I received at PicknPay Somerset Mall. I had a trolley full of grocery and I asked the cashier for the Picknpay card so that I can get the discount. She was very rude and uproffesional. She told me that the cards are finished and I asked her what can I do then to the discounted prices. She was very rude and told me I can leave without buying if I want to, it is none of her business what I do. I am so dissapointed by that customer service. I left and went to Checkers and recieved the best customer service. The fruit and veg manager at Picknpay did not do anything to resolve my problem. I will never ever buy at Picknpay ever again. They should teach their staff some respect.
