On the 14th April I placed an online order and made payment. I received an automated email saying my order had been received. On the 22nd April I sent an email asking when I would get my order and then on the 4th May got another email saying my order had been received and the team was working diligently at filling the order and it would be dispatched shortly.... I then asked them to refund my money as I had run out of the products I needed and had to purchase them myself. 2 days later I got an apology email saying they did not mean for the delay and I should send my banking details and I would be refunded promptly. On the 7th May I was told my details were being forwarded to the relevant department for processing. When I had received nothing by the 12th I emailed again (13th) and was referred to the owner, who I emailed the same day forwarding all the emails pertaining to the order. He rep**** the next day apologising and his team was actively monitoring the process to ensure my refund was attended to as soon as possible. Today is the 21st and I STILL have not received my refund of R953.69. The owner, Chris obviously does not care about the bad reviews as I told him that I would be doing this. I cannot believe the total incompetence of one company to process an order or even process a refund. I am out of pocket twice now as I still had to buy the products I ordered from Pharmadiv. I wish I had gone to look at the reviews of this company before purchasing, as I see I am not the first to suffer. The most disgusting thing is that Chris' email footer claims he is a business developer - well if this is how a business is developed and run, I certainly would not like his assistance even if it is for free!
Love the products. I definitely feel the difference when I use them.
