4 Months of Follow-ups and CGSO Complaint

I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of delivery from this company. I placed an order (Order #827475) on 18 January 2026, for R1432,35. Despite multiple follow-ups via email, I received generic responses stating that the order was "being processed" and would be delivered "soon."

After more than two months of waiting and no progress, I lodged a formal complaint with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) on 24 March. Even with the CGSO's involvement, it took until May 8 to finally receive a full refund. I would not recommend shopping here.
