WORST SERVICE EVER!
And the SAGA continues, my emails pre the outage, all gone, email folders all gone! I had to setup a temp website just to keep face. I pay for backups of my site monthly, they can't even restore that. they just test email, say it sends and receives, so its working, and temp site shows. WHAT ABOUT MY LOST DATA? Who do i invoice for my loss?

Same nonsense as everyone else is complaining about
My issue is yet another as echoed by others on this platform: the product doesn't work, website is down, they take forever to respond to support tickets and as I'm typing this, I've been holding for 16 minutes and 52 seconds "in position 2" for their support people to answer. It makes no sense that their Google reviews is so great, and yet there's complaint after complaint about the same thing on this platform: a total lack of service and accountability, communication is super poor and, well, their systems simply do not work. It's also telling that every time they respond, it's the same copy-and-paste "Please accept our apologies and be assured that we’re committed to getting this resolved as soon as possible. We’ve arranged for a senior member of our support team to call you back shortly.", showing a total lack of interest to actually resolve an issue. Sharing this negative review won't make 1Grid miraculously get their house in order, it simply gave me something to do while listening to their annoying on hold music.

Non Existent Support / Non Existent Service
Numerous support tickets just closed without resolving or responding. Can’t get hold of anyone telephonically. 1-grid has no support and seems to be operated by a bot. Two days and my business still can’t receive emails. No one responds. I’d be surprised if a 1 star rating would even get their attention. It seems they respond to each complaint with the same line: We’re truly sorry about your ongoing experience, and we understand how frustrating this situation must be. We have escalated this for further review by a Senior Support Team member. Once they have investigated the details, they will contact you as soon as possible to provide feedback and assist . . . . .

A Week Without Help and My Website Was Deleted
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from 1-Grid. I’ve been trying to get assistance for over a week regarding an issue with my hosting/DNS, but despite multiple attempts to get support, I received little to no help. To make matters worse, my website was deleted during this time instead of the issue being resolved. This has had a serious impact on my business and has resulted in lost income. I expected better support and accountability from a hosting provider. At the very least, I hope this feedback encourages improvements in how customer issues are handled so others don’t have to go through the same experience.
