After my last issues with this company, I decided to migrate away from them. Unfortunately that means that I need them to allow the migration of my domains. That means that I have to communicate with 1-grid support. This appears to be impossible. You can create a ticket, but nobody responds. You can track down their telephone number (it's not on their website) and call them, but when you select the option for "Domain support" the response is "there are no agents available" and it just cuts you off. So, what option do I have? Should I look up their address and go and knock on their door to get service? If you are considering this company for hosting, please run away as fast as possible.

finally decided to leave 1 Grid! Program is they are not helping me to with my email and website backups. The calls are dropped, i am told the cancellation team will be back and still no help at all.. my emails have not been working again in less then 2 weeks.

We have logged a ticket with issues on our mail. They responded on the ticket to check things we have already noted in the complaint. More than a week further with no response or solutions. Our mails worked for years and now our business is suffering as a result of the non responsive and no solutions to the problem. We spend for more than a hour on the phone to sort this, they couldn't and said they will escalate the problem.......nothing happened yet!!!!

Stay away. We have been struggling to transfer our domain from them for over a month now and they keep rejecting our requests from the new provider. Stay away. You may loose your domain forever.

If anyone is looking for a hosting company, please go to literally anyone except 1-Grid. They have unstable infrastructure, *********** staff and zero support. I have been a client for many years and this time has been riddled with support issues, constant downtime and zero accountability. I have many customers websites that are hosted with 1-Grid and they have all been completely down for the past 2 days. I have logged multiple support tickets and the only feedback I have received is that it has been escalated. When I eventually managed to get hold of the support team telephonically, I was told that they are aware of the issue and are working on it. He also mentioned that he would escalate my concerns to his "Supervisor". I have not heard anything else since then and all my customers sites are still down. For business that are reliant on their web presence to generate revenue, this is not an option. We would like to confirm that we have escalated this matter to our SysOps team for urgent investigation regarding the websites not loading and the intermittent timeouts being experienced. Our team is currently actively working on the issue to identify and resolve the underlying cause as quickly as possible. We will keep you updated as soon as there is progress or once the issue has been fully resolved. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Please try again later. Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Another follow up -23/05/2026 10:33 I tried calling this morning and the phone line goes unanswered. I have yet to receive any other feedback. Clearly this is not of importance to them. Please stay as far away from this excuse of a hosting provider as possible. Unless you enjoy generic responses and zero action. I will be migrating to literally anyone else first thing on Monday. The WORST non-existent customer service. What a joke. I'm trying to do something simple, like create an addon domain for a new website, but get errors on their server side. Trying to get hold of anyone is nearly impossible. And when you finally do it's a "we've noticed this with other customers and have escalated your issue". But NO feedback. No support. NOTHING. I have been unable to launch my new site for 2 weeks, so have finally given up and am moving to a new hosting provider, but now they are not allowing my domain name to be transferred. I've asked them to approve the transfer but I am still waiting.

I am extremely frustrated with the service I have been receiving from 1Grid. My email issues have been ongoing for weeks now, and despite calling multiple times since last week, nothing has been properly resolved. Each time I contact support, I am told that they are “assisting,” yet the problems continue with no real solution. Currently, emails are not going through to certain email addresses, and we are even unable to send emails internally within our own organisation. This is affecting our daily operations and communication with clients. What is most disappointing is that this has become a recurring issue. I experience the same email problems almost every two weeks, which is completely unacceptable for a business hosting and email service provider. Constant disruptions like this negatively impact productivity and professionalism. I expected a far more reliable service and better technical support from 1Grid.
