Francesca did her best to assist, but unfortunately your business accepted payment of over R8000 without first confirming the correct product information or stock availability. I was then informed that the product is not actually stocked, and I am now left waiting an unclear amount of time for a refund. This has honestly been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had. I gave your company a second opportunity to assist with sourcing the products, but the experience only reinforced my concerns from the first interaction. Sadly, I would not feel comfortable recommending your business to others based on this experience. I also understand now that sourcing these inks in South Africa is extremely difficult, which makes the lack of transparency around availability even more frustrating.

Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst service experiences I have had with a company. It took over one month just to set up the VoIP line, and even after all that time the system still does not work properly. The voicemail and recordings are completely unusable — the recorded messages sound like a distorted robot voice and are impossible to understand. To make matters worse, you cannot configure the PABX yourself. The setup and configuration must be uploaded by their support team, which means you are completely dependent on them even for basic changes. Unfortunately, support has been extremely slow and largely unresponsive, leaving us with a system that simply does not function. After weeks of trying to get this resolved, we have decided to move our phone service to another VoIP provider. The entire experience has cost us valuable time, effort, and negatively impacted our business. Another thing customers should be very careful about: although the service is presented as month-to-month, there is a hidden 3-month cancellation clause in the contract. This means even if the system doesn’t work, you may still be forced to pay for additional months just to cancel. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend choosing another provider. This has been one of the worst companies I have dealt with.

My company has had ongoing issues with our Konica Minolta Bizhub since March 2025 — constant same error code, failed scanning and copying, and deleted print jobs. Despite repeated calls and emails, nothing gets resolved, and response times are slow. Even simple document requests go unanswered. Very poor service from United Business Solutions.

Robyn Andrews is an outstanding representative. It was my first application for VOIP and I never experienced such transparency to what I'm applying for. Robyn's professionalism in clarity is on another level. A follow up call never went so well in a very long time. Would 100% recommend United and gladly speak to Robyn.
