Rather buy from TakeAlot or Amazon. The returns process is shocking. You have to return an item physically in store even though you bought it online. I know its 2026 and this is still a thing. Even though I live in a small town, I have to drive to my nearest city to do this - can you imagine!
I've been trying to get someone to close my Credit Card account for days now. My private banker said someone would contact me, but no word. I asked for a settlement amount and promptly paid my dues. However I now see another months fees and interest has gone off and no closure of the account!
Very poor communication - have not responded to any messages as yet on Facebook or Email. This is ridiculous! It's been weeks since they delivered the wrong item to me, and there's been no word from the **** company!
Do not trust this company with your money. I have been trying to transfer investment money from my RA to them, but after a month, there's no word from them. Upon enquiring a week ago, I only got a response today saying the files were too big for their email. What would have happened if I had not followed up? This is pathetic service from a financial company. They clearly do not want your investment with them!

FedEx continuously sends me the incorrect invoice. They overcharged me for a package with a draft invoice; when you ask them for the correct invoice, the one provided has different prices. I suspect some internal *****, as I have been asking for over a week (numerous calls and emails) to get the correct invoice. I might have to open a case at SAPS if I don't receive a response soon.
I've been trying to get a Discovery Insure Core Plan quote for the past month. Every time I contact the call centre, I'm told that someone will contact me, but it never happens. I've asked now four (4) times, and nothing. It seems like Discovery Insure does not want my business.
I bought a TV from Samsung by Audiovision on the 11th - STILL WAITING - zero telephone number to enquire, emails go unanswered. POOR service, do NOT use Samsungstore Tygervalley - they have very poor service levels. I'm just told stock will arrive but with no ETA?!! But you already paid them money. What is going on?
Getting what is owed to you from Discovery Insure is a nightmare. I am was suppose to get Vitality Active Reward plays but because of telematics issues for WEEKS now I have had no response. Such bad customer service, all they say is they will ask the telematics team but NOBODY gets back to you.
I ordered a bunch of stuff for my pets on the 25th of November, was told that I would get it between 2 Dec and 8 Dec and today it is 9 Dec and still it says processing...
