I am beyond furious with the disgraceful experience we’ve had with Incredible Connection. My partner purchased a TV wall unit online because it was advertised as an online sale offer only. We received a text confirming delivery for Wednesday - great we really needed it by this upcoming weekend. We specifically arranged to work from home to be present. Guess what? Nothing. No delivery. We called your so‑called call centre is utterly useless. On hold forever, no one had a straight answer, every agent gave a different story. First we were told “don’t worry, it will arrive this week.” Now today, Friday 22 May, the fifth working day, we’re suddenly told there’s “no stock.” WTAF?You promised delivery in 3–5 working days. You sent us a confirmation of delivery, which was a blatant lie. Your call centre is a joke: incapable of answering the most basic client question, when will my order arrive? Instead, we get vague, non‑committal nonsense and contradictory answers from every person we speak to. Pathetic. This is not complicated. It’s a simple delivery commitment. You failed spectacularly. Don’t mislead customers with **** confirmations. Don’t waste people’s time. Don’t run promotions you can’t fulfill. Warning to others: Don’t buy from Incredible Connection. You’ll get empty promises, zero accountability, and endless frustration.
