I order an item from Incredible Connection on line, the package was delivered to the wrong address, then they corrected the adress and still nothing arrived,. I contacted them again and was told the item is no longer availabe it is out of stock. I then said please refund the money so i emailed them the banking details as requested and then was told that is not acceptable i need a letter from the bank as proof of the account so i did that, I sent through a letter from thee bank. I have then recieved an email back to say it has to be the account i paid out of. I emailed back and phone back to speak to a team leader and every time i ask she is not available and they take messages but she never calls back. I am disgusted with the service i have recieved it is nearly 2 months of non stop excuses but when i email back and ask them for a number or supervisor nobody can help me. She always out or in a meeting and she doesn't return the emails or phone calls. I want my money back IMMEDATELY. All of this is Incredible Connection including the address. It is unacceptable i need my money paid back now.
I had an arrangement with Nedbank to give me a Monetarism for three months it was supposed be granted Dec, Jan, Feb. Unfortunately this did not happen so December was our normal rate of R5572.00. Then in January a debit order was put through again of R5572.00 and Nedbank then passed a credit of R4179.00. I have checked and the amount of R1393.02 for February and now for March it should be a debit of R1393.02. Nedbank keeps phoning me to discuss that we are in arears, how is this possible. I have contacted Nedbank on 5 occasions and spoken to numerous people who have put me on hold and then send me to a different department and then the phone cuts out. Your staff member Silvia Moone was rude and not helpful she could not answer my questions when she became rude i asked to speak to the supervisor Sheldon and told him im not wasting hours on the phone to keep getting transferred and then have the call cut, this has been going on for 3 weeks. I then received a call from Home Loans again to say im in arrears but i am not. i then received a call from Mjabulo Mshen who is a line manager and gave me a reference no: Ref: 92672074 and it would be escalated. I made it very c;lear to all of them if someone does not phone me back with all the answers to my questions i am not answering another call from Nedbank. Your staff in general are very rude and unhelpful, they just say wrong deparmenty and then the phone gets put downn. I have held on for over 20 minutes per call. I was told it was easy to load a business account in under 24 hours. It has now been 3 weeks, i have to pay my accounts because they are going to be CUT off. Since opening this account i have been told the following: 1. On Saturday by Kabelo Tsetho that my ID could not be verified and even if i go into a branch it would not would it needed to go to the IT depart, after more messing around i had to go into the bank and take a picture which i did. It then worked for 1 day, then i tried for days waiting. Then i spoke to Dudu she apologized and said the will make it q priority. 4 days later i need to get a letter for my clients, great it does not work gone to your technical department one again another 2 days. Then it works and i load beneficiary and all good. Then on Friday all my beneficiers are gone anf i cant load payment before i get CUT off I was told on Friday yet another technical error i it was confirmed 6 hours, Saturday, Sunda, Monday, Tuesday now it wont do nyrhubf,r. Good Day, i have sent two requests on your website to get somebody to respond but unfortunately no contact.<br> I was advise by Builders Wharehouse to use your paint and was told that it was an excellent product and i asked if the paint is washable and it was confirmed it was. My entire main area is painted as well as entire cottage. your paint is not washable i would like somebody to please contact me regarding this issue.
