The telephonic service I received this morning paints a very clear picture where the line of competent professional employees and lazy pathetic staff is drawn. It is very apparent your company does not! So here is the story - This morning around 9:30 I started reaching out to multiple companies asking wether they stock Razer gaming headsets - to where I ended up with one of the competitors for this months up and coming worst employee of the month, Pumla. So after finally getting her to stop laughing and talking in the background I was finally greeted by the economy killing "heellloooo seeeer" I continued to ask her wether they have any Razer gaming headset in stock where I was immediately shunned with the second economy killing "noooo seeeer, we don't stock Razer". I then proceeded to ask her whether she is absolutely certain, because I have definitely seen one or two in that specific store. After ear deafening back and forth shouting between her and her colleagues, I was assured with the "noooo seeeer, eish, we don't haaave" No problem - onward with my search then! And that is where it all went sideways. The friend I was helping look around at where we can find a set of Razer headphones, he phones me telling me well he is looking at 2 pairs of Razer Kraken Lites. Just for a giggle, we thought we would give something a try where my wife continued to phone the same branch, and inevitably, ender up with ol' Pumla, the one and only! Where she was predictably met with the "noooo seeeer" not even no mam, and let me tell you - my wife has the softest most ladylike voice OUT THERE! So is this the forefront of South African retail? Is this what we can expect from now on? Unprofessional, absolutely pathetic service? It's no wonder these guys are having troublesome sleepless nights over companies like Takelot and Evetech? Then they ask why companies are closing rapidly on streak and unemployment is at an all time high. Absolutely disgusting!
