I had a sim only contract with Telkom not very old I used the sim for a month and I had a break in so my Telkom sim card was ****** as well. I called the customer service and one rude lady couldn't help me unfortunately I didn't get her name. I was billed twice instead of paying R249 I paid. R720 but then I didn't have problem with that since I did not report to them that it was ****** but it was not used when I check on the portal. My wife recently opened 32day account with capitec ,apparently there is an immediate withdrawal of which allows you to withdraw whenever you have cash need emergency. She has emergency last on the 6th of September, whereby she has to take our son to the Dr for some operation now she has another emergency whereby her father is critically ill and need cash to take him to specialists,to her surprise she was told that she can't access her money anymore since she withdrew some funds this month. I believe immediate withdrawal has penalties why would they refuse to give her money for emergency wherelse she has some funds in her account she doesn't mind been charged the penalty fee since she wants her father to live. Since they refused her to access some of her funds can they atleast close down the account and give her money back and stop doing business with her. This is ****ming people because this was not explained to her as to how many ti.e do you have to withdraw per month. What you guys want is ****ming people off their money. Oldmutual always have unresolved issues with clients they've never done anything right I asked to change my premium to from R2000 to R500 back in January 2024. I was under the impression that everything was changed since I did everything at the branch and had confirmed everything with one of the consultants over the phone and I was assured that everything is done properly. Now I just received an SMS saying my debit of R2000 will go off on the 24 of April how the hell because I did change the premiums at the branch and lot of papers that I signed what was all the signing for what hell was I signing for all the time I spent in the trying to fix but at the end of the day they fixed nothing. I app**** for withdrawal of funds from one of my old mutual investment account from the 30th of Jan 2024 even today nothing has happened. They are taking time to release the funds but quick to debit from accounts. I won't would ever advise people to use their services as they are ****ming people. My name is Frank Tebogo Manyama, No fear no favour The worst customer service I've ever received from the manager herself,just a mere phone call to the client was a problem for her Bears or Lewis please employ experienced personnel that Conny woman whom you call store manager she is one useless if not unprofessional manager. You promise clients lies,you say same day delivery but there's no such i have to do follow ups on the purchase i did three days ago but yet you lie to us saying same day delivery. During my visit at the store while busy assisting me she was as well busy on her cell phone what so unprofessional as the store manager . Lies after lies after lies by this branch the Kempton Park Bears branch is a no go area. The only person who showed some profession was the lady who approached me when entering the store Mathapelo a very understanding individual. But as for your so called store manager you forever loose customers if you keep people like her as the leader. Why lie to me why does she act like a saint after i called the store. She promised to call me and never did she even asked if i am able to answer calls at work and i told her yes i work as a driver my phone is always on me. I really don't want anything to do with that store anymore
I love dstv since the TV keeps my kids indoors but then some idiotic experience that I received from the call centre agents TCM ,TM and MM those two consultants can't even understand a single question I asked. Ok my problem is this I applied for DSTV internet which I didn't have problem from the start used it and well I lost my job before I did my first payment and since I skipped my first payment the Internet as well stopped working. Since I was not working I didn't have problem with that and by that I couldn't even pay monthly premium of dstv access which is R119 pm it was tough very tough. Now that I got new job and willing to pay when I checked with call centre agents I was told some crazy amount of which I don't even understand why that amount, the last time I used their services I was owing R690 and I don't think the R690 generated interest to the amount of R1954 in seven months of not using their services. I believe their records shows the last time I used DSTV services. I am one of the clients who is fed up with DSTV multichoice and their crazy prices. The worst part their call centre agents gave me three different prices one was R1594 , R1954 and R1754 and the only money that I know I owe them is only R690 which I don't have problem paying but for these other ridiculous prices charges I say No please stop stealing from us DSTV. Please solve this issue and I'm thinking of returning and cancelling the router deal since is still in its original packing. I can't pay the price which I don't know what is it for and please train your staff they are so rude and so impatient
Hi my name is Nancy Tebogo Mogale-Manyama ID 8511140847086 I went to Kempton Park department of labour to claim maternity Ulf on the 27of May 2022, I was given an appointment date of the 05th of August 2022 for signing went there signed and got another date for signing which is the 05th September 2022, I went there signed and the sametime i made inquiry of which I was not given the answer right away. I was told by one of the consultant that I will receive a call before 15:00 no call no sms received from any of the consultant.

Since Wednesday I spoke to more than 6 consultants and all promising me one hour or two hours for reversal to take place now is 8 hours still nothing. The last lady that i spoke to saw the approval and No one cared to do follow up on it. I have to call everyday and beg for my winnings.
