I made a claim last year December on the 8th, it got approved and I requested for payment on the 21 January it was submitted, requested another payment on 20 February it was submitted till today. I have been calling them they said they will escalate the matter and it will be resolved but still. Their service is poor shame . Bayayidla imali yabantu

No reason or correspondence as to why a claim is rejected
I submitted a claim in February as I was retrenched in December, UIF doesnt send one a letter with a bird, or an sms or an email nothing to say that the claim was rejected and to add insult to injury there is knowwhere online that tells you why and what they need to fix the rejection, I submitted all the documentation that my employer provided to submit a uif claim and the claim was rejected and no correspondence to let one know why, when i logged onto the system i seen rejected, that is all there is how do you operate like this

Poor service

Why they still have a landline number when they don't answer it.They answer my call and keep me hold.-!!!It’s been 2 weeks of going pillar to post of being assisted for my Claim to logged I keep on be sending and still no assistance.
