I am so disappointed and Frustrated at the same time, I had requested for payment on the 17 of April, which is still not processed and next payment was then due to be processed,.I'm unemployed and have nothing to feed my family,, the agents keep on saying it's escalated but no improvement in all the interactions I have had with the agents.0 replies
