Everytime i have to receive my parcel through RAM couriers i have to fight with them for poor services they offer. i am suppose to receive my package been waiting since morning and no one has vere contacted me to arrange. This is so frustrating!!!!!! this is not my first complain about them on Hello Peter. Stop using them they are Hilarious!!!!!

I am absolutely appalled by the shocking level of service—or lack thereof—from RAM Hand-To-Hand Couriers. My delivery was supposed to arrive days ago, and instead of receiving my parcel, I have been subjected to an endless loop of lies, moving goalposts, and a complete lack of accountability. Every single time I log onto the live chat, I am connected to an agent named Jacob, who repeats the exact same script but shifts the delivery date further and further back. The Endless "Tomorrow" Loop: Chat 1 (Wednesday-20 May): Jacob tells me Worcester is an outlying area and promises delivery "tomorrow."(21-05-2026) Chat 2 (Thursday- 21 May): I check in because the website tracking didn't update. Jacob promises communication has been sent to dispatch and I will be called for delivery "today." (21-05-2026) Chat 3 (Friday-22 May): Still no delivery. I follow up, and Jacob backtracks, telling me it will only be delivered "tomorrow" (22-05-2026). Chat 4 (Monday - 25 May): I ask for feedback again. Jacob shifts the goalposts yet again, stating it is scheduled for "tomorrow" (26-05-2026). Chat 5 (Today- 26 May): Once again, zero updates on the tracker. I log in, and Jacob hits me with the exact same excuse: it's a regional area and can only be dispatched "tomorrow" (27-05-2026). Gaslighting and Dishonesty: When I finally lost my patience today and pointed out that he has been telling me "tomorrow" for days on end, Jacob had the audacity to lie and deny it, claiming: "you never chat to me for 6 days in a row ?,you spoke to me yesterday and was confirmed..." I have the black-and-white screenshot proof of every single interaction. Every time I open the chat, it says, "Hello, my name is Jacob from RAM Hand-to-Hand Couriers." To be blatantly gaslit by a customer care agent who tries to deny his own previous messages is completely unacceptable. To top it off, when I asked for a manager’s number to escalate this nightmare, he hid behind "safety protocols" and abruptly ended the chat.

Total waste of time courier, Edgar’s has lost a customer over RAM. I have waited for 2 weeks now to get my parcel, on there website to say that I wasn't available but no one has even bothered to CALL me to say they are here to delivery, changed the address maybe it was not clear since this is work building and there’s lot of offices but still even worse they keep letting you know on WhatsApp that the package is out for delivery but still they fail to deliver, I prefer courier on a serious note this is bull****

I had a horrible experience with Ram hand to hand couriers. I placed an order with Makro on the 17th of May and I was supposed to receive the parcel by the 22nd of May guess what I have not received my parcel. I don’t even know what is happening with my parcel. I placed an order at the same time with my brother and he received his from courier guy on the 19th of May. I have contacted the customer service to find out where my parcel was and I was advised the driver was there and there was no one in the property. That’s a lie because there is someone home waiting for this parcel i changed the number to my mom’s number guess what the agent who was helping was laughing with their friends and wrote the number incorrectly and we rescheduled for today. When i track my order it shows it was out for deliver at 7:46 however I still have not received my parcel and its 14:18 now. I called to find out where the parcel is the agent advised the parcel is on its way and i asked the number they will contact and she confirmed an incorrect number, i gave them a different number and guess what I have not received any call. I am not sure where my money parcel is. I have asked to collect my parcel i was told I can’t

I had a horrible experience with Ram hand to hand couriers. Extremely disappointing experience with ram.co.za regarding a fabric order placed with chamdor.com on 29 April 2026. Normally my Chamdor orders arrive within about 3 working days when they use thecourierguy.co.za, but this order was sent with RAM and it has been a nightmare from the start. On 6 May I received a WhatsApp notification saying my parcel was out for delivery, but when I tried to track it using the tracking number provided by RAM, their system said the tracking number was invalid. I then discovered that my delivery address had been changed by RAM to a different suburb, not the complete address I provided on my order. This is also not the first time this has happened with RAM. I corrected the address, yet there was still no delivery. On the 18th of May I received a phone call from a RAM representative asking what was inside the parcel because they were “trying to track it.” Then on Friday 22nd May I received another call from RAM informing me that the parcel was missing and that the supplier would need to be reimbursed for another parcel. Now, however, the supplier is apparently being told a different story — that the parcel is not considered lost. As a customer, it is extremely frustrating to receive conflicting information while still sitting without the parcel weeks later. I placed the order because I urgently needed the fabric and sewing machine needles, and instead I have spent unnecessary time tracking, correcting addresses, following up, and trying to get clear answers. Reliable tracking, correct address handling, and honest communication should be basic standards in the courier industry.

My parcel got collected yesterday at 06:58 am but they didn't deliver it to me. The parcel that was supposed to be delivered on Monday and changed to Thursday, Thursday I have to call again when I noticed that there's no update. They said it's going to be prioritised for Friday and I didn't receive my parcel

The service I received from this company is nothing short of poor , the customer service agents kept on dropping the calls and no one was willing to assist me with my package. I have never keep so distressed in my life. On the website you are told what to have in hand when they come and when you have those documents additional documents were wanted that was not stipulated in the website or sms
