I am absolutely appalled by the shocking level of service—or lack thereof—from RAM Hand-To-Hand Couriers. My delivery was supposed to arrive days ago, and instead of receiving my parcel, I have been subjected to an endless loop of lies, moving goalposts, and a complete lack of accountability. Every single time I log onto the live chat, I am connected to an agent named Jacob, who repeats the exact same script but shifts the delivery date further and further back. The Endless "Tomorrow" Loop: Chat 1 (Wednesday-20 May): Jacob tells me Worcester is an outlying area and promises delivery "tomorrow."(21-05-2026) Chat 2 (Thursday- 21 May): I check in because the website tracking didn't update. Jacob promises communication has been sent to dispatch and I will be called for delivery "today." (21-05-2026) Chat 3 (Friday-22 May): Still no delivery. I follow up, and Jacob backtracks, telling me it will only be delivered "tomorrow" (22-05-2026). Chat 4 (Monday - 25 May): I ask for feedback again. Jacob shifts the goalposts yet again, stating it is scheduled for "tomorrow" (26-05-2026). Chat 5 (Today- 26 May): Once again, zero updates on the tracker. I log in, and Jacob hits me with the exact same excuse: it's a regional area and can only be dispatched "tomorrow" (27-05-2026). Gaslighting and Dishonesty: When I finally lost my patience today and pointed out that he has been telling me "tomorrow" for days on end, Jacob had the audacity to lie and deny it, claiming: "you never chat to me for 6 days in a row ?,you spoke to me yesterday and was confirmed..." I have the black-and-white screenshot proof of every single interaction. Every time I open the chat, it says, "Hello, my name is Jacob from RAM Hand-to-Hand Couriers." To be blatantly gaslit by a customer care agent who tries to deny his own previous messages is completely unacceptable. To top it off, when I asked for a manager’s number to escalate this nightmare, he hid behind "safety protocols" and abruptly ended the chat.
We purchased a king size xl bed. It comes with 2 small bases with 4 legs each. First Month the one bed frame broke and they then swapped it with something they called the new model with 6 legs. Now about 2 years later one of the bases middle legs broke so i decided to look whats up soo oppend it up the whole leg connecter is attached to a very thin piece of wood and the wood broke in half making the leg connecter loose..Fistly i can clearly see that they use off cuts of wood. And cardboard for the top?? I really want to go do research on this becausr it doesnt mske sense. WORST CHOICE I MADE. i should of gotten a other bed at another bed place. A bed should last about 7 years minimum. Its been 2 soo no. Never buying from Sleep Monk again
I'm puzzled by my experience with these utility harnesses. I bought a medium for my dachshund, and it was perfect! It fits snugly and stays in place. Encouraged by this success, I purchased a large for my Afrikanis, but the results were disappointing. The medium was too small around her body, though the neck fit well. So, I opted for the large size, thinking the dimensions would be ideal. Unfortunately, it's far too loose around her neck, and the body fasteners inexplicably loosen during use, rendering it impractical. I discovered this flaw while in our yard when my Afrikanis effortlessly stood on her hind legs and backed out of the harness. It's alarming to think what could have happened if we were out in public. As she's still a puppy and not fully trained, this potential safety risk is unacceptable. I'm definitely going to purchase another brand
Worst internet ever! Cant google anything. Its soo unstable. Did 4 speedtest after one another. 1 ste one said i dont have a internet connection to even do a test, 2nd one showed i have 0 upload speed and 4 download, just after that one i had 30 download and 1 upload.... I dont have words for this.
I cant even order uber eats at my address. When i asked them about it they dint even know what i was talking about and gave me answer to a question that i didnt ask they thought im a driver even though i went through the support and chose the correct question categories. I askwd again and they just copy and paste the same answer which has norhing to do with my question. I just want to order from uber eats? I can from mr d but its not the same. I just want to be added to the delivery. I dont have a license and cant go anywhere soo online shopping is my default. But cant even do that!
Actually wanted to review Mr d but couldn't. I could always order a double quarter pounder with cheese on mr d extra patty was always R25 Now I cant add a extra patty anymore?? I have talked to customer service more than 5 times. And they dont reply. Now it not worth it to order anymore.
Ordered pillows 8 days ago for collect, the items havent even left the warehouse in Johannesburg, and I am in Cape Town. The website says 4-7 days and todays a saterday, and we all know no one ships stuff over the weekend. I tried talking to customer care all they said is that they wil escalate to the delivery company. Which is always a lie they never do that. Very disappointed.
I always have a problem with courier guy, since moving to Worcester... I was suppose to get my package the day of the sms which was 19 March. Its now the 20th at 19:39 and still didnt get it. Both times it said its out for delivery... And got nothing. Even the customer service said it will be delivered today. Worst service.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Cant believe Its been 3 months since my issue and NOTHING is resolved! EVERYTIME I call all they say is I have to email them, But emails are not being answered at all! I sent over 30 emails already and all I get are auto-responses
I have been having trouble using my credit card for about a month now, I tried calling and they said I have to email all details to an email address, NO one sees any problem with my card or account!! HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO USE MY CARD NOW! Theres def something wrong if it doesn't want to work on 4 different online purchases! then they say its the app its the app, ITS NOT WORKING ON 4 different apps how does that make sense then??? The card doesn't work ANYWHERE!!! and NO one can help me?? soo what am i suppose to do now
