Sleep Monk bad service and quality
Warranty and guarantee on their bed set means nothing. The bed set are not good quality and when you report in less than a year that you have problems with the bed set company do not care and say: As previously communicated, we regret to inform you that we are currently not in a position to assist further with your request due to the operational and financial constraints the business is facing. I as the customer must pay and lose.

Sleep Monk bad service and quality
Warranty and guarantee on their bed set means nothing. Stay away from SleepMonk. Save your back
Bought a queen bed set from this place and not even 2 years later the bed is so bad that I’m currently writing this review from our couch while we wait for our Sealy purchase to arrive. After hearing the base make all kinds of noises, I opened up the bed only to find that the base was made up out of untreated pallet wood off-cuts, and very poorly built as it had random pieces of wood nailed in all over. Mattress is also saggy and has dents on either side so it’s clearly not meant to hold the 200kg per side as advertised. Not interested in any refund but have to put this information out there for fellow consumers. Don’t waste your time , money and quality of sleep with this trash company.

Don’t Purchase Anything
Should have read reviews on hellopeter before purchasing from this company which gives a damn about customer service? I’ve purchased a product in March and since then I’ve been messaging them to come and collect their inferior product or give me my money. I pray nobody deals with this company ever.

Do not buy at Sleep Monk
Good day, I bought a 3/4 Executive Spine Three Quater Mattress Bed Set Extended leght, that take a weight of 200kg. The day after delivery I complaint about the quality that is not good etc. Now not even a year after I bought the bed set it is giving me problems, and cannot take a weight of +_135kg, it us supose to take 200kg. I informed Sleep Monk of the problems with the bed set and now they just ignors me.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!
NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY -I would go so far to say these people are *****sters - given that several people here have exactly the same story as me. My mattress arrived badly damaged after a total circus of a delivery - i immediately photographed it and sent all the info the Sleep monk who sent me a sob story about the difficult financial times they were in and how they had been let down by couriers and staff - and i seethey are senign that out to everyone. i WISH i ad read these comments before i made the purchase. there is no phone number to call, aparently the business address is a sham as well - they need to be investigated by the authorities.

Worst experience ever
Extremely poor quality. Matresses not even 2 months old. Was suppose to be same density. However, 1 mattress feels like you are sleeping on a concrete slab. And one is allready sagging in the middle. We both have back problems so we chose these matresses based on advert. This is the WORST mattresses AND service EVER received

The worst ever. Bought a mattress and base unit. The wrong stuff was send to me, and then they try to find excuses to justify the nonsense of a mess they did. Booking return and now re-delivery now taking forever. 2 months and counting.
