Complaint
My parcel got collected yesterday at 06:58 am but they didn't deliver it to me. The parcel that was supposed to be delivered on Monday and changed to Thursday, Thursday I have to call again when I noticed that there's no update.
They said it's going to be prioritised for Friday and I didn't receive my parcel

25 May 2026, 12:12I am still getting the poor service from Ram Hand To Hand Couriers. My parcel is still in their premises as from 18/052026
On 22 I was expecting to be delivered as I made another arrangement for a second time they did not deliver and communicate.
The excuse that I got today is the address was incorrect although they telling lies.
My parcel is still lying there.
I have to wait again and again I don't know for how long
