Horrible service with Ram Hand to Hand couriers
I had a horrible experience with Ram hand to hand couriers. I placed an order with Makro on the 17th of May and I was supposed to receive the parcel by the 22nd of May guess what I have not received my parcel. I don’t even know what is happening with my parcel. I placed an order at the same time with my brother and he received his from courier guy on the 19th of May. I have contacted the customer service to find out where my parcel was and I was advised the driver was there and there was no one in the property. That’s a lie because there is someone home waiting for this parcel i changed the number to my mom’s number guess what the agent who was helping was laughing with their friends and wrote the number incorrectly and we rescheduled for today. When i track my order it shows it was out for deliver at 7:46 however I still have not received my parcel and its 14:18 now. I called to find out where the parcel is the agent advised the parcel is on its way and i asked the number they will contact and she confirmed an incorrect number, i gave them a different number and guess what I have not received any call. I am not sure where my money parcel is. I have asked to collect my parcel i was told I can’t

26 May 2026, 09:42I had to instruct someone to stand outside and wait for the delivery as I anticipated that the delivery would fail again and because they stood outside they were able to see the courier. They asked the driver the contact number they had and it turned out the driver had an incorrect number which would have led to another failed delivery. Standing outside waiting for a delivery you are unsure of is not on, today is cold and that was the only option I had. I am very disappointed and this was my first experience with Ram, Makro always used courier guy with my parcels and I always received a WhatsApp message to advise they are outside and I always received my parcel before the estimated delivery date. You need to do better because Makro could lose a customer because of your service not to mention your customer service team, I do understand there are processes in each and every organisation but making sure that the customers are satisfied should be a priority because if the process is not working then that leads to a frustrated customer. When I called them several times they kept telling me of the incorrect number, in every call I gave the correct number but when I call again they have the incorrect number. Please do better
