They keep planning water outages for 5 -7 full days, this happened once in December 2025, it was an absolute nightmare, now they planning it again from tomorrow. They had a major maintenance in December, where we had no water 7days. Why is the need to do maintenance every 5 months? Water is a basic human rights need, no matter how much they tell us upfront to 'prepare', we need water to function, its like asking us "prepare for no air or oxygen for 5 days". Somethings jsut cannot be prepared for. We cannot take showers from fetched water. And not to mention the extreme unhygienic conditions they creating, they planning to shut down water for 5 days in about 35 towns, and these are all very densely populated areas , & all these areas not flushing toilets for 5 days & sewage facilities getting stuck !!! This is disgusting !!! please take human rights into consideration & reduce maintenance time to 1 day max
n 2025, I processed my ECSA annual fees, as per the invoice they send me. Then a month later ECSA sends a email saying "oopps they made a mistake in the amount", then they handed over my account to MRT Recoveries, to pay the outstanding R731, which arose due to no fault of mine. Since then, these people have been harassing me since Oct 2025 to pay the balance. But I keep sending ECSA emails after emails stating the following, which the still have not done to-date. 1. My annual ecsa fees can be processesed ONLY ONCE IN A YEAR , thats the rule of my company, so I cannot process the 2025 outstanding balance anymore, as I already processed it once on the old invoice 2. To solve this problem which ECSA created themselves, I asked ECSA literally a 00 times now in the last 8 months, to : a) to send me a official invoice for the outstanding balance R731, not just a threatening email, as I cannot pay willy nilly just because I received a email. b) That they add this extra R731 to the new 2026 bill, so that I can process it. NONE OF THE ABOVE IS DONE TO-DATE, BUT THEY KEEP HARRASSING ME EVERY MONTH LAST 8 MONTS TO PAY THE REMAINING R731 BY SENDING ME TREATENING EMAILS Its like I am talking to a brick wall !!! This is very poor service from ECSA and pure harassment, and I am so sick and tired of them,

I have been with this bank over 2 decades. Their service has detoriated very badly over the years. 2 years ago I bought a house through loan from FNB, they did not even give me the 60000 e-bucks points. I dont even know who is my personal banker last 5+ years, no one has contacted me to introduce themselves as my private banker !!! If I need something clarified I email FNB client service, then someone calls me ONCE at a time I cannot even take the call, then sends a email saying "we were unable to get hold of you", then tells me via email to use online chat, then closes the call request. This service is absolutely disgusting, & I am a private wealth banker for 2 decades. You guys stink, sees.

Not even a drop of water through the taps. Water is a BASIC HUMAN NEED. This kind of service is unacceptable. Whoever is Leading JHB Water, please resign, & appoint competent people ASAP. YOUR SERVICE & MANAGEMENT IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC

You already charge us for car parking, so why do you also put a car guard in the parking bays? Do you expect us to pay twice for parking??? The car guard looks so sad & disappointed if we dont pay him too !!!!!!! I explained this to the car guard & he swore at me in his language, he thought I dont understand him, I hate this centre
This is a company that does NOT care for customers AT ALL. Yes their delivery is quick, but try returning 1 product that caused a reaction, then you will see their real colours. In the last 2 months I bought R3000 worth of Korean products from this company. I love every single one of those products to bits, except for one that caused me bad reaction. In just under 10 days of buying I reached out to the company for a refund or return. The manager was SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE, she send me 10 pages long emails that basically says NO she won't do anything. I still had the original packaging & everything. I only used this product twice in these 10 days, its even in a squeezable tube, so there is nothing unhygienic in returning this. If returning the product due to "hygiene" is a big issue they could have atleast refund me the money, but they chose to do NOTHING & on top of that insult me & other companies i mentioned that does refunds & exchanges, in the process. Please use other companies to buy your K beauty, unless you willing to loose money and be stuck with a product you bought that caused you reaction. Now I am using this very expensive barrier cream as a very expensive hand cream, & every single time I use it, I curse them under my breath
On 22 Sept, 11 days ago, I placed an order online on their official Isabella Garcia website. Today is the 11th day, and I still have not received a order confirmation email !!! Wednesday last week was a holiday so I spend the entire Thursday and friday calling them, emailing them. Speaking to various people I received on the call. On wednesday I send my proof of payment to a lady called Simone Beeslaar. Since wednesday last week to today wednesday, I am still waiting as their account department is still verifying !!!??? On Monday 29 Sept, a lady from their company called me from this number 065 586 1701. She appologised for the delays, and said she will check everything and call me back later in the day, she even promised !!. Its now been 3 days since monday, no one called me back, and when I tried to call this number back, its cutting my call immediately, its not even going through??? monday afternoon I spoke to a lady called Masana, she said she will check everything, and I am still waiting after 3 days !!!?? This is my 1st time ordering from Isabella Garcia and this is definitely my last time. I regularly place orders from Takealot, Shein and Temu, and others, as soon as payment is made the company immediately sends me a Order confirmation. With this stupid Isabella Garcia I am still waiting for them to acknowledge my orders after 11 days ??? Management of Isabella Garcia , please address this immediately, my order number is 11956103. At this point I just want my money back, keep your stupid product !! Jeez
