I've been purchasing from My Skin Rules for a while now and usually multiple times a month. Their service is the best I've ever experienced and their packaging even more amazing, you get free samples, free mask if you purchase over R1000 and quite often full size free products if you are a regular you know this. It's important to understand when purchasing skin care that not everything is going to work for your skin type and If you have a reaction to a product that is entirely dependant on your own skin and you cannot blame a company for this, that is why you need to know what works for your skin and what doesn't, small businesses really can't afford to refund used products just because clients find it doesn't work for them , you wouldn't do this to big businesses why demand it from small business, I say all this in regards to a negative review on this app for this business and I thought I would set the record straight as I honestly have never dealt with such amazing people before, please don't be misled and look at the Google reviews, they speak for themselves 🫶

10 out of 10 !!!! I just love this Company!!! You are fantastic. From first opening the box, from the wrapping, to all the little goodies that are added , stars, hearts, diamantés ....... Free Gifts, samples it goes on and one. Thank you so much *** ❤🌼❤

This is a company that does NOT care for customers AT ALL. Yes their delivery is quick, but try returning 1 product that caused a reaction, then you will see their real colours. In the last 2 months I bought R3000 worth of Korean products from this company. I love every single one of those products to bits, except for one that caused me bad reaction. In just under 10 days of buying I reached out to the company for a refund or return. The manager was SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE, she send me 10 pages long emails that basically says NO she won't do anything. I still had the original packaging & everything. I only used this product twice in these 10 days, its even in a squeezable tube, so there is nothing unhygienic in returning this. If returning the product due to "hygiene" is a big issue they could have atleast refund me the money, but they chose to do NOTHING & on top of that insult me & other companies i mentioned that does refunds & exchanges, in the process. Please use other companies to buy your K beauty, unless you willing to loose money and be stuck with a product you bought that caused you reaction. Now I am using this very expensive barrier cream as a very expensive hand cream, & every single time I use it, I curse them under my breath
