I've been purchasing from My Skin Rules for a while now and usually multiple times a month. Their service is the best I've ever experienced and their packaging even more amazing, you get free samples, free mask if you purchase over R1000 and quite often full size free products if you are a regular you know this. It's important to understand when purchasing skin care that not everything is going to work for your skin type and If you have a reaction to a product that is entirely dependant on your own skin and you cannot blame a company for this, that is why you need to know what works for your skin and what doesn't, small businesses really can't afford to refund used products just because clients find it doesn't work for them , you wouldn't do this to big businesses why demand it from small business, I say all this in regards to a negative review on this app for this business and I thought I would set the record straight as I honestly have never dealt with such amazing people before, please don't be misled and look at the Google reviews, they speak for themselves 🫶
I had a claim query as there was an error with only part of my claim being processed and the other rejected, I contacted customer service and spoke to Thembakazi Mbalane and I received and apology and it was rectified within minutes, so many Service providers in South Africa could learn from One Plan, absolutely exceptional service!!!
I recently wrote a review regarding my payment made on the 25th not reflected on the app, this morning Chris rectified it. Unfortunately it seems that there may have been a system glitch , I am however extremely grateful to your customer support for sorting, quicker turnaround on customer service would be appreciated however I do believe the customer service needs to follow due process and for that I'm extremely grateful to have my account issues rectified, Thank you Chris!
Really disappointed with customer service, My payment was set to go off on the 1st Of Feb however on the 25th I decided to make a payment via the app, the payment has not been updated and it still reflects as due to go Off on the 1st yet the payment has gone off my bank account. I've tried calling customer service no answer, have written email to which I've received no reply yet to. How do we contact and get issues sorted if there is no service to begin with.
Extremely Appalled and disgusted with the treatment that Game Stores give their customers. I purchased a laptop for University for my son On Saturday the 10th of Feb at Game for R5999 and only a few days later see it on their website for R5400. This is not a minor difference in pricing it's a huge R600 and the price difference was only within a few days not even a week, so I emailed customer service regarding the huge discrepancy in pricing as I would have been fine to overlook if it were of a small difference but not at having to spend R600 more within just a day or two , Customer Service responds saying that it is not a price beat but a price match and that they do not price match on their own items. This is what Games customer loyalty is really about, this was an item I paid for in cash and this is how they rip their customers off!! Here I am literally being ****** of R600 from a store that I was loyal too and all they can say is we're sorry! Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere in future! I will advise everyone in future to not support this money grabbing business as they don't really care about their customers only how much they can mark up or change prices to rip people off yet they want to try and compare their prices to all other stores who would probably treat you like an absolute star for purchasing from them. Spend your money wisely where you actually matter
