STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!! FAR!!!!! This company costed me R 14,000.00 3 years ago because of their bad service and THEIR personnel damaging my cargo ON PURPOSE, and they of course denying their guilt. Now I ordered from a company that use them for deliveries, AND I AM ON THE BRINK OF LOSING MANY THOUSANDS AGAIN!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Internet Express, the Durban Branch specifically. I received an email and sms to say that my parcel was out for delivery on Friday 22 May 2026, by late afternoon still no delivery. Numbers listed for Operational Managers were unanswered until I eventually got through and got a number for the driver. No parcel with driver! Phoned again on 25 May 2026 to be told that no one knows where my parcel is! No feedback and calls not being answered.

This review is for Tumi that works at Internet Express. She is worth gold, I am not easy to deal with and she handled me with so much respect and stayed calm through the conversation, we need more Tumi's in companies, please give this lady a raise or make her a manager.

I would give a zero rating if it existed! If you expect your package to be delivered on time without delays please don’t expect that from this company. I understand a 1 day delay which is communicated honestly and promptly. I’ve been waiting for my package for 3 days. On day 1 they said delivery failed due to nobody being home yet I was home the whole day. Day 2, they said the driver is on his way he will deliver in 30min, no driver arrived or even contacted me. Day 3, they rerouted my package to the incorrect centre. I called and asked why, they said they don’t know why operations did that, I have to wait another day for them to correct it. At this point, I don’t know if I’ll ever get my package. This is such an inconvenience for myself and absolutely bad business for the merchant they’re actually delivering for because I will never buy from them again due to this poor service delivery from their courier partner.

When I try to contact their offices telephonically, the calls are either not answered or they simply drop the line, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. This has caused major frustration and inconvenience. Their service delivery is slow, unreliable, and poorly managed, and I would not recommend this courier company to anyone based on my experience.

I was told my delivery would arrive before 17:00 and I kept calling their call centre to help track the order. Both the business and the driver promised they are on their way and I was waiting at the gate for the delivery for more than 30 minutes. And left the gate around 17:20. The delivery guy even **** about arriving when I’ve been waiting at the gate. Very poor service. Don’t even think twice before using their services.

I was informed on Friday 17 April that my parcel was going to be delivered before 17:00! They didn't come, nor contacted me to inform me when it will be delivered in future. It is now 14:00 on Monday 20 April, and still not a word from them.

Got notification my parcel arrived at Bob Box Locker. Went to the site, entered my pin, and locker was empty. Phoned Internet Express, spoke to Fatima, apparently driver said he did put in in the locker. Driver is going to the site and they will phoned me when he is there to check. They cannot tell me when. Very frustrated. I'll see how it plays out.
