The person that I spoke to was clued up to assist me with all my needs. She gave me clear feedback that i could understand to choose the cover suited to my needs.
I was informed on Friday 17 April that my parcel was going to be delivered before 17:00! They didn't come, nor contacted me to inform me when it will be delivered in future. It is now 14:00 on Monday 20 April, and still not a word from them.
I made an appointment via my medical aid for a health check at Dischem. I received four sms messages to confirm and remind me about my appointment. I went to my local Dischem at the Kalahari Mall where my appointment was nade according to the sms messages I received, but they did not know about it nor were they willing to assist me to do the check.
I clicked on the wrong item when I ordered a battery from BPM Toolcraft, and only found out when I received my parcel three days later. Being my OWN fault, I realised that I have no recourse to return it. In desperation I send them a message to try and solve my problem. They contacted me and offered me the correct item without any hassle.
OUTSURANCE contact me regularly to update me on the latest covering changes and how to improve my policy. I have no problem with a claim I submitted to them when my geyser bust. Their response were prompt and the contractor they sent, did a neat job.
