Poor courier service
I was informed on Friday 17 April that my parcel was going to be delivered before 17:00! They didn't come, nor contacted me to inform me when it will be delivered in future. It is now 14:00 on Monday 20 April, and still not a word from them.0 replies

I made an appointment via my medical aid for a health check at Dischem. I received four sms messages to confirm and remind me about my appointment. Excellent service from BPM Toolcraft
I clicked on the wrong item when I ordered a battery from BPM Toolcraft, and only found out when I received my parcel three days later. Being my OWN fault, I realised that I have no recourse to return it. In desperation I send them a message to try and solve my problem.
