Nobody's Home at Toolcraft Online
Initially it looks like any online shop - you places your order and you pays your money. You even get an acknowledgement email. But that's it. After that total radio silence. Your account shows that the order is "fulfilled". But you receive nothing, no emails, no texts, and above all, no delivery. You emails every available address - zilch. You go to the WhatsApp robot = the robot responds that Mr X will contact you shortly, but Mr X is either dead or AWOL. You phone - nobody has ever heard of you, and anyway what's an online shop? they ask So you kiss your money goodbye and go back to Adendorff, where they're alive and well and wide awake.

Excellent service from BPM Toolcraft
I clicked on the wrong item when I ordered a battery from BPM Toolcraft, and only found out when I received my parcel three days later. Being my OWN fault, I realised that I have no recourse to return it. In desperation I send them a message to try and solve my problem. They contacted me and offered me the correct item without any hassle.

Excellent service from BPM Toolcraft
I clicked on the wrong item when I ordered a battery from BPM Toolcraft, and only found out when I received my parcel three days later. Zero after sales
Bought a worx drill from there guys it arrived faulty out the box (one battery was DOA) Tried contacting bpm and they flat completely ignored me, didn't offer after sales whatsoever. Thankfully worx was brilliant to resolve the issue, BPM was pathetic.. Prices are good but make sure you choose products with their own after sales because you won't get it from these guys.

First time I ordered from you business and for sure wont be the last. Exellant service. Like how this private groups excel in the e- commerce sector. You serve as an example to many of your bigger rivals. Keep up the good work. Tools was just what the dr ordered. Packing I was impressed.

BPM Toolcraft Service Experience.
I recently purchased a Laguna table saw from BPM Toolcraft and was assisted by Thomas. I received excellent and professional service and advice from Thomas throughout. I have also found the product to be most satisfying.

BPM Toolcraft Schobergs
I purchased a Schobergs workbench from BPM Toolcraft and was assisted by Gino at first and then by Joshua. Gino was very knowledgeable about practical aspects of the bench. I am a very "fussy" customer and Joshua provided expert advice on everything else I asked. It was a great experience dealing with efficient professionals and I would highly recommend BPM.
