Poor service delivery.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Internet Express Couriers. I have been waiting 10 days for my parcel to be delivered, with no clear communication or updates. When I try to contact their offices telephonically, the calls are either not answered or they simply drop the line, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. This has caused major frustration and inconvenience. Their service delivery is slow, unreliable, and poorly managed, and I would not recommend this courier company to anyone based on my experience.
