I would give a zero rating if it existed! If you expect your package to be delivered on time without delays please don’t expect that from this company. I understand a 1 day delay which is communicated honestly and promptly. I’ve been waiting for my package for 3 days. On day 1 they said delivery failed due to nobody being home yet I was home the whole day. Day 2, they said the driver is on his way he will deliver in 30min, no driver arrived or even contacted me. Day 3, they rerouted my package to the incorrect centre. I called and asked why, they said they don’t know why operations did that, I have to wait another day for them to correct it. At this point, I don’t know if I’ll ever get my package. This is such an inconvenience for myself and absolutely bad business for the merchant they’re actually delivering for because I will never buy from them again due to this poor service delivery from their courier partner.
I submitted a claim on the 6th and today is the 20th. My claim was approved but my car has been sent to a repairer that has no availability to repair my car for the next 2 months. This is horrific! How do you send me to a repairer that told you that they have no space at the moment? I cannot wait 3 months for my car to be booked in, that does not make any sense. You have to keep chasing the claim advisors and assessors to get things moving, its such a nightmare.

I was having a good experience with ZeroPay/Fevertree, however an unauthorized debit order went off my account and they have not refunded me. Support keeps telling me they are waiting on I.T. I am not sure how a refund of this nature does not take high priority as they made a mistake and debited my account by mistake. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever.. its been a week already and counting!!! I'm am highly disappointed, inconvenienced and annoyed.
I've placed an order for over a month ago and I still haven't received it! I follow up everyday and it's either their systems are offline or give me false hope that my order has been escalated and will be delivered within 48 hours. This is really disappointing and extremely horrible service. I really don't know what to do anymore, I've been way more than patient.
