Repeated Incomplete Deliveries & Poor Customer Service
I’ve had repeated delivery issues with TechMarkit. On two separate orders, I purchased two devices but only received one each time. There was no communication from TechMarkit until I followed up myself. While the first issue was eventually resolved, the same problem happened again months later. Customer service also refused to escalate the matter to a manager. Good prices, but unreliable delivery and poor communication.

Poor customer service and failed delivery
I was told my delivery would arrive before 17:00 and I kept calling their call centre to help track the order. Both the business and the driver promised they are on their way and I was waiting at the gate for the delivery for more than 30 minutes. And left the gate around 17:20. The delivery guy even **** about arriving when I’ve been waiting at the gate. Very poor service. Don’t even think twice before using their services.

Shoprite Liquor in Dlamini, Soweto
I had a terrible experience at Shoprite Liquor in Dlamini, Soweto. I went to buy two 6-packs of Bernini Litchi, advertised for R74.99 each, but at the counter, I was told they weren’t on special. I double-checked in the cold room and asked for help, only to be sent back and forth. The security guard even tried to kick me out for “causing havoc,” and the manager showed zero interest in resolving the issue. In the end, I paid less than the advertised price which shows the lack of competence and the service was shocking. Staff clearly need more training.
