I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Internet Express, the Durban Branch specifically. I received an email and sms to say that my parcel was out for delivery on Friday 22 May 2026, by late afternoon still no delivery. Numbers listed for Operational Managers were unanswered until I eventually got through and got a number for the driver. No parcel with driver! Phoned again on 25 May 2026 to be told that no one knows where my parcel is! No feedback and calls not being answered.
I ordered the Arkyn High Support Back Close Sports Bra at the beginning of the month, and when the parcel arrived it clearly wasn't what I had originally ordered as per the pictures on their website. After numerous emails between myself and Tempted Clothing, and being told they would follow up with the "Owner" and come back to me with feedback, I am still waiting. For a business that has such good reviews not only on their website, but social media as well, their communication with customers is quite disappointing to say the least. I have ordered similar products from other suppliers, and their feedback and response to items out of stock etc have been absolutely amazing, and parcels received within a day of ordering.
