Poor customer service and failed delivery

I was told my delivery would arrive before 17:00 and I kept calling their call centre to help track the order. Both the business and the driver promised they are on their way and I was waiting at the gate for the delivery for more than 30 minutes. And left the gate around 17:20. The delivery guy even **** about arriving when I’ve been waiting at the gate. Very poor service.

Don’t even think twice before using their services.
