Inefficient Poor Service Delivery

I would give a zero rating if it existed!

If you expect your package to be delivered on time without delays please don’t expect that from this company. I understand a 1 day delay which is communicated honestly and promptly.

I’ve been waiting for my package for 3 days. On day 1 they said delivery failed due to nobody being home yet I was home the whole day. Day 2, they said the driver is on his way he will deliver in 30min, no driver arrived or even contacted me. Day 3, they rerouted my package to the incorrect centre. I called and asked why, they said they don’t know why operations did that, I have to wait another day for them to correct it.

At this point, I don’t know if I’ll ever get my package. This is such an inconvenience for myself and absolutely bad business for the merchant they’re actually delivering for because I will never buy from them again due to this poor service delivery from their courier partner.
