I recently had a bad experience with my ISP and Frogfoot. This led to a 1-star rating. Subsequently to my post on HelloPeter, I was contacted directly by the Team at frogfoot that resolved the matter in less that 48H. The unfortunate holdup was with the ISP's lack of communication with Froggfoot, and the problem could have been resolved much quicker if they picked up a phone and called Frogfoot.

I have been offline from 05 May 2026 , called everyday , emailed , and everyday i get no call backs from them , they have logged tickets , made appointments to come and fix the issue and no one pitched up , no excuses , it has been 21 days in total now and everyday when i call , the operators just tell me they are sorry for the experience and promise they will call me back but no one calls back and its costing me more money to buy data for the kids to do tasks. This is by far the worst company to do bussines with , just a pity that i cant go lower than a one star , they deserve absolutely no stars at all . BAD , BAD , BAD SERVICE OVERALL

The worst experience ever. My line is still not activated after two weeks back and forth emails? Its a ticket back and forth and emails back and forth. I will NOT recommend them EVER! Its the worst experience I ever had.

I am lodging a formal complaint against Frogfoot for an ongoing internet outage that has left my household completely without internet since 13 May 2026 — that is 12 days without service. On 6 May 2026, we received an email from Frogfoot confirming that a technician would visit our home on 13 May 2026. The technician arrived as scheduled, however after his visit we had NO internet connection. He then advised us to contact Vodacom to follow up. We contacted Vodacom, who only came out today, 25 May 2026. After Vodacom's visit we are STILL without internet, and Vodacom has now told us they need to go back to Frogfoot to resolve the issue. This means Frogfoot's technician visited on 13 May, did not restore our internet, and the problem has still not been fixed 12 days later. We are being sent in circles between Frogfoot and Vodacom with no resolution and no one taking ownership.

As per usual my wifi is poor, since yesterday I am struggling with my wifi it's extremely slow it's been on and off. I work from home and I have to deal with this poor service Frogfoot is providing

We bought a voucher on the 23rd of April, loaded it but it didn't work due to wiring issues, and the guys were only sent after the 18th May to fix the wiring and we only used the Wi-Fi for few days, and it was again the 23rd and we have no internet connection, poor service.
