As per usual my wifi is poor, since yesterday I am struggling with my wifi it's extremely slow it's been on and off. I work from home and I have to deal with this poor service Frogfoot is providing
My job card was closed due to not being able to be on time because their technician phones a few min before they come and expect you to jump, fly through traffic and get home. This is the second machine making the exact same noise and defy is not crediting hi-fi corp in order for me to get a new machine, the service is astonishing.
Just when you think you have fibre .... Then it's gone.
I bought a defy washing machine at hifi corp Nov 2025, had to exchange it for the same model Jan 2026 because it made such a loud banging noise, a new machine NEW! Now the exchanged machine is making the same noise so i assume it's that range. I have to wait 21 working days for DEFY to process my refund to hifi corp in order for me to buy another machine, this machine makes such a loud banging noise. Unacceptable for a new machine to break this fast honestly! Job number:1001385828
And here we go again, as per usual no Internet, Frogfoot is such a disappointment.
As per usual we have bad fibre, can't even do a speed test.

Why am I not surprised I'm struggling with connectivity issues. Frogfoot never fails to disappoint.
So again after having no internet or slow speed I go through the whole process to speak to Webafrica why I pay for such slow speed, turns out it's a cable fault= throttling from Frogfoot. They never seem to disappoint on disappointing clients. Stop phoning me and thinking that will solve the problem, just sort out your poor service! My connection has been bad for weeks again, Frogfoot never fail to disappoint. Stay away.
