I recently had a bad experience with my ISP and Frogfoot. This led to a 1-star rating. Subsequently to my post on HelloPeter, I was contacted directly by the Team at frogfoot that resolved the matter in less that 48H. The unfortunate holdup was with the ISP's lack of communication with Froggfoot, and the problem could have been resolved much quicker if they picked up a phone and called Frogfoot.
An order of mine was cancelled with no notification. They have been holding onto my money for over 2 weeks now. They have not refunded me, and I have to keep calling them to ask for my money back. Why is it taking so long for them to refund people, and why are they not notifying people of cancelled orders? It doesn't sound right.
It was touch and go in the beginning. I ordered a new gaming laptop which upon arrival was faulty. I returned it to Evetech and I was expecting the same poor after service delivery that everyone is on about. They were helpful and within a week of the return they had shipped me a replacement. Yes, the return policy leaves you with a sense of doubt but having some faith in their system paid off, eventually. Thank you Evetech

They are not refunding me for an order they never shipped and is way overdue. They have the worst online service. Get rid of your staff and get an AI. this is not acceptable. Makro is ****ming me.
A Makro agent contacted me a week after I placed a order with them, to tell me they are out of stock. It has been 5days since the phone call and I have no confirmation that my refund is on the way and the website still says "processing". It seems like they purposely delay refunds. At this rate we should start asking for interest.
Great service. Some of the cultures I received was contaminated. SS was quick to offer replacements.
