Issue resolved after public follow up
If Frogfoot doesn’t deliver what they promise, you need to chase them on HelloPeter. They only act once it’s public. I’m now satisfied after they resolved my issue.1 reply

I am a Webafrica customer using Frogfoot infrastructure. My internet has been completely down since 15 May 2026. I logged ticket Z*** the same day and have followed up multiple times via email and phone. Each time I’m told it’s being escalated, but
I have been a Webafrica customer on Frogfoot infrastructure. My internet has been down since 15 May 2026. Ticket Z*** remains unresolved after multiple follow-ups. I have now escalated to ICASA and ISPA.7 replies
