I am very upset about the fact that I had a debit order gone off twice on my account and when asked why they did that they told me I can keep the money that is extra that they deducted from my account as a payment for next month and if I wanted my money back I must send banking details and other information they wanted my question is if it’s a fault from their side can they call me and explain to me what happened and why now I have to talk to people on a Watsup platform and on top of that there is so much deductions recently and I am unhappy about it the initial application did not talk about all these deductions and the worst part is they haven’t gotten back to me the only thing they told me is if I want my money back refunded I need to wait 14 days wich I feel is not right I did not let them wait for 14 days to debit the money that is due to them for me using their facilities and worst part is they added an extra amount wich I am very upset about and I need answers from them their internet services I am using is becoming too much now my data don’t even last the whole month this month my data was finished on the 20 May and I had a deduction of 816 on the 27 wich is yesterday how does this work I don’t understand

If there was an option to give you zero stars, I would. This is what we’ve come to now! Reinstating bogus subscriptions. I received an sms on Monday saying my debit order would be going through yesterday. WHY??? Because I canceled my Dstv account in 2024. I take my time to call in and Lydia says I called in on the 20th of May to reinstate. WHY would I do that in the current economic climate!!! It is said that I spoke to a Constance to reinstate my subscription, I need this call recording ASAP. I need Mondays call recording with Lydia as well where I was promised that this bogus service has been canceled. And I need my money back in my account TODAY!

I received an sms from DSTV reminding me about my subscription and there was a link on the sms . I used that to make a payment, but used my ID as reference instead of my account, I got disconnected. I asked the sales lady to allocate the money into the correct account. It has been 9 days , they couldn't find the money. They kept on requesting proof of payment each time I I contact them. They will never bother to give you feedback . They kept on saying they escalating to the seniors . Poor service indeed .

I purchased two dstv decoders including installation a few days ago. I called DSTV two days ago and the call center agent said she will get someone to call me back. No one called me back. I called again today, the agent couldn't even an understand me. I requested for the supervisor to call me, no one is calling me. Very, very bad service from dstv.

For year they have misused their domination and charged exorbitant fees and must fall. So they fell and canal is no better as they more of a *******. What they are doing now is *******ing all our pvr decoders and forcing us into new contract with promises of better service??????? 7 days ago my decoder *******ed. Same time a s a friend. Took it in to dstv and the assistant sold me up and promised the world. 7 days later the world has still not arrived. I was promised immediate, maybe even same day service foe a new unit to be installed. But not a single call. After calling dstv everyday and been promised they would deal with me today. 7days later and no sign off any form of service. YOU DESERVE TO GO BANKRUPT you *******.

I've changed my Package from 'Compact Plus' where I was paying over R600 to 'Compact' where i'll be paying pay R479. I spoke to a lady on chat who amended my Package to Compact. Now I received a bill again that says I need to pay over R600. I'm not happy with Multichoice, the way they ***** their clients it's not funny. I want to make sure I write about them on socials everywhere. I won't pay that amount I need explanation.

DSTV has over charged me with R655.80 (Internet bundle was charged twice) SO instead of my regular premium of R1500, I have to pay R2237.92. I always pay on the 25th of every month via the my DSTV App. Since last week Thursday I have been phoning and explaining, then they do confirm the double charged amount and that it will be rectified. After phoning multiple times and speaking to 5 consultants, it is still not corrected, and needless to say.... my services have been suspended. I refuse to pay an extra R600+ extra R655 for a mistake that was made by DSTV. Can I send them a bill for my airtime and time I have waisted from Thursday to get this sorted. #Kyknet and #Waldimar Pelser, if you can move your channels to the Open-view decoder - DSTV will never see me again!!!!!

DSTV has over charged me with R655.80 (Internet bundle was charged twice) SO instead of my regular premium of R1500, I have to pay R2237.92. I tried all avenues to change my debit order banking details at Multichoice from a Standard bank sole proprietor business account to a Nedbank sole proprietor business account without success on the 14th of May. I spoke to an agent Moretsele Mashoto with email address [email protected]. I explained the situation to her and that I am a sole proprietor and that there are no directors or share holders. She then mailed me a list of required documents required to effect the changes. These were documents for a CIPC registered company and I rep**** pointing out again that I am a sole proprietor and not a CIPC company. She promptly deleted my mail without reading it. I thought this was by accident and send another mail which she also deleted without reading it. That evening I received and sms to rate her service and I gave her the worst rating possible. The next day, 16th of May I was called by a man who enquired about my experience and I explained the situation. He indicated that he will look into the matter and call me back before three that day, I am still waiting. That evening I received another sms to rate the man's service and again I gave the worst rating. I haven't heard from Multichoice or canal-plus again and the debit order will shortly bounce since I no longer use the old Standard bank account and it is empty. Give me a call Multi Choice.
