I've changed my Package from 'Compact Plus' where I was paying over R600 to 'Compact' where i'll be paying pay R479. I spoke to a lady on chat who amended my Package to Compact. Now I received a bill again that says I need to pay over R600. I'm not happy with Multichoice, the way they ***** their clients it's not funny. I want to make sure I write about them on socials everywhere. I won't pay that amount I need explanation.
Bought Debonairs Pizza yesterday at Southgate Mall, as it was my Birthday. To my surprise the Pizza didn't have meat it was dry, I couldn't enjoy the food. I'm shattered and disappointed by the service received. I haven't finished the Pizza even now. Meaning I need to buy at Roman's next time. I will make them trend if I don't get any response. I've sent an email on the 25/10/12 with no response. I did receive an automated response. Today tried calling claims department number on: 0860 000 388 and 0860 834 834, the line drops. I'm irritated because what kind of a service where you want to process a claim, however no one is available to assist. I need to cancel the cover and look somewhere else maybe Jet store.
My name is Mr Molefe having a Business account with FNB for long. I had a situation that had my account blocked. I was advised to send Moiponi Gumbi an email from standard bank, asking her to uplift even to date nothing she doesn't call/email you. I've been treating like a useless person whereselse my employees are on my neck they need money to buy essentials like food etc. FNB is not a Good company 1st their fees are high, however I stayed loyal as their client. I want this to be fixed ASAP.
I just called Nasrec memorial, spoke to Nicole who was very arrogant and rude. They ran a debit order today instead of the 21/09/2024 as per contract. Called her I asked her nicely why did you run a debit order today she said' Ma'am I don't know give me your ID number, not can I have your ID number. She said she has a system problem she'll call again I'm still waiting. I called again asking her why is she rude she said she deals with customer service I can send a complaint I'm shocked by the pathetic service received. Thinking Nasrec Memorial park will provide quality service I was wrong. I called using 011 3007568
My husband went to McDonald's today during the day to buy me shake and Orange Juice. (Drive-thru) I love their orange Juice,.to my surprise my Shake was half. I then asked him if he did drink he said no. How can they do that to a client, this is a pathetic service. Tried calling them on: 011 297 0646 with no response. Called jabulani Mall as well on 011 930 5496 still no response. I didn't go cause I'm on sick leave, and I'm struggling to eat hence ii opted for liquids. I'm so hurt and ii need to know what happened and my Shake back.
I'm lost for words the way I'm been treated by Rain. Unbelievable no 1 called me since to date, after Abdul **** to ME regarding my refund. I'm due for that money, cause their device was not working the 2nd device within 6 months. Pathetic service i must say, and their complaints department they apologize without acting up on it. I will tell tell people not to take anything from Rain cause they're *****sters i just hate the company they're cruel, as their client I'm said I've been ****** my hapoiness and money. I've been waiting for my refund again I need to beg Rain to acknowledge my request,Abdul promised me that he will process the payment and in due time I will receive the funds. I just need my money or cancel this stinking subscription, everytime when i ask them to cancel they refuse Yet they don't cater for their customers. I received a call from Abdul on Tuesday, advising me that I'm due for reversal. He said reversal was done already, but funny i haven't received any money. I need to know what's going on, I'm drained with these people. I need my money back. I need an explanation as to why am i being treated like this.
I've been busy with rain for over a month now,, i was Told that you've amended my debit order payment for Aug as i didn't have Network for more than 2 week, onyl to find that your Router is not working this is the 2nd Router by the way. Now you have deducted R529 please reverse i don't want you to amend cause you're useless you can't manage your billing department. And I've been asking you to cancel the service I'll ask my Family to cancel aswell,, cause your service is pathetic. I mean really I've been busy with you since when this is not fair i just hate Rain for real. Again i was trying to order they're SIM cards, still not winning like I'm fedup. If you can't reverse pls cancel and I'll reverse it myself. And I have email as proof that states that i was promised that they will debit less not full amount mxm.
