I received an sms from DSTV reminding me about my subscription and there was a link on the sms . I used that to make a payment, but used my ID as reference instead of my account, I got disconnected. I asked the sales lady to allocate the money into the correct account. It has been 9 days , they couldn't find the money. They kept on requesting proof of payment each time I I contact them. They will never bother to give you feedback . They kept on saying they escalating to the seniors . Poor service indeed .
I went to incredible connection in welkom( Goldfields mall) on the 26th January 2023 at 17:50 . I was under the impression that the store closes at 18:00 as it is written on the trading hours sign at an entrance door . But the store was closed and I thought maybe it could be of the load shading that was starting at 18:00 that day. I went again today 04 January 2023 and I also checked if there will be loadshading and there was nothing during trading hours . The store was closed at 16:53. We managed to speak to one of the sales person and she confirmed that they close at 16:50 and at 17:00 they leave the building . The sign does not mean anything and even if we go to management nothing happen we will be wasting our time . The fact is that they are leaving and she Futher laughed at us. I was very furious because I wasted my petrol because of the false trading hours advertised. The lady so rude she turned her back and closed the door while laughing.
