I have a mandate submitted to my bank which unauthorized , I did speak to their agents I canceled the last debt check that took money from a loan I took out to fund university tuition for my daughter, every debit order in my bank was compromised. Yesterday at 9:30 out no where past the legal call center. Where i did not even receive a call from them. The even put contact reference number from i never had from

So blue label connect and dream rewards is the same company that is ****ming people. Why r they still existing if reviews r being written. Plz do remove my review as I am trying to help other people not to be ****med. They r so cruel they even ****ming poor people mxm. People should be warned of Blue label and dreams rewards

I have recently wrote a review based on my experience with blue label connect.I received a call stating I will be payed back the money which was debited from my account on the 27 February 2026,27 April 2026 and 29 March 2026 on last week Friday and the debit order will be cancelled but to my surprise up to this day money is not payed to my account.I am also not convinced that they won't debit my account on my payday this month. For a recap.I wanted a data deal that will last me for a month and I made it crystal clear to the sales lady that I am currently using 1 gig data a day.She sold me two phones in the name of enough data for month only to discover on the arrival of the phones that the deal is 1 gig data a month. I cancelled and they collected the phones. I never used their phones not even inserted the SIM card on the phone. I later discovered they are debiting my account and I confronted them after three debit orders.They payed me back two debits and kept one for cancellation fee on the 20 of February 2026. On the 27 February 2026 , 27 March 2026 and 29 April my my account was debited again.

Bad, it’s almost 3 months been taken back and forth without them processing my simswap nd should my number be given to someone else they need to make a plan, supervisor keep promising to follow up with Cell C and get back to me but they never did, I was told to go to cell store hence my number is with them but when I get there nothing, they even spoke to the person assisting me to confirm but still they are ignoring my query, I’ve been using that number for 13 years now and it’s my BUSSINESS contact,my clients can’t get hold of me and flagged as a ****, blue label is bad and they are full of lies, I need my number back , I waited long enough

Since March 30 2026, I have not received a cell phone that is working and am currently not having any cell phone of Blue label connect that I can be accountable to pay for. I have been called almost everyday because I have not paid a monthly installment for a phone that I placed a order on where I received a out of box failure phone. I have sent the phone back to be repaired on the 3rd of April 2026. At this point I just want the phone anymore I just want to cancel everything.

Please do not make a mistake to apply for a contract phone at blue label connect their phones are **** they send me a phone that doesn't work I told them to come and fetch it they did not now i owe them 6000 on my credit report.

Mikie Mice organisation, even the real Disney character is at least genuine and entertaining to kids. Can Mark Levy fire the whole organisation and may be fire himself too, he's got the worst staff contingent. The incompetence in that organisation is beyond belief. Mohamed, Lilitha, Reaboka etc, all of them ***********, I wonder if they went through interviews and suitability assessments for their post. They can't resolve 1 single query/complaint for 5 months now. These amateurs keep debiting my account, at the same time sending me an email that they cancelled my contract, then send me an email that have refunded me without proof of payment of their end then insist on getting my statement. How stupid can one be?You are a disgrace guys, you should resign if someone is unwilling to fire you
