Simswap not being attended(3months)
Bad, it’s almost 3 months been taken back and forth without them processing my simswap nd should my number be given to someone else they need to make a plan, supervisor keep promising to follow up with Cell C and get back to me but they never did, I was told to go to cell store hence my number is with them but when I get there nothing, they even spoke to the person assisting me to confirm but still they are ignoring my query, I’ve been using that number for 13 years now and it’s my BUSSINESS contact,my clients can’t get hold of me and flagged as a ****, blue label is bad and they are full of lies, I need my number back , I waited long enough

28 May 2026, 10:36please do not lie there was no communication sent, u said my number is by the provider but the provider spoke to u to explain the number is with u and nothing was done, u never sent me any communication nor even bother to call me for updates and it’s 3 months now
