Bad, it’s almost 3 months been taken back and forth without them processing my simswap nd should my number be given to someone else they need to make a plan, supervisor keep promising to follow up with Cell C and get back to me but they never did, I was told to go to cell store hence my number is with them but when I get there nothing, they even spoke to the person assisting me to confirm but still they are ignoring my query, I’ve been using that number for 13 years now and it’s my BUSSINESS contact,my clients can’t get hold of me and flagged as a ****, blue label is bad and they are full of lies, I need my number back , I waited long enough

Today I came towards very rude cashier's whom I would like to sue for ordering me around. I wanted to pay at the till they said at kiosk. The cashier named Jennifer she said who said I must pay there because she must close and it was 10 minutes before the store could close.then her colleague Conny interfered our conversation, stopped the que and they both attacked me..was there any decency? Was it necessary for them throw tentrums at the store for me wanting to pay at kiosk hence the other cashier chased us away.very bad attitude and swearing customers.. Jenifer decided to hide a name tag . Hello Peter I won't shop at spar block ff Soshanguve anymore.multiple times I buy rotten meat and cheese.conny never wants to give us casback..I don't think it's professional for worker's to hide their identity and gang over a customer.i felt like living everything and go open a case of asualt but I'm gonna do that Tommorow since it's late.
Good day I register 2 matric subjects at intec. Economics and maths lit since I only passed 5 matric subjects. It was in November 2018.i also made a payment deposit of R1250 in November 2018 there after in monthly installments of R414. February I called intec to find out about my time table because I had to write this year may June as I was told. The consultant told me I was suppose to have registered with department of education to get a Centre number for wrighting which I was not aware of.. Then I called my consultant Karel Hulley to find out what's next because I needed to study this year that's why I enrolled for this year. He said I can only be able to write next year which is not ideal 4 me.. I wanted to start my career at unisa next year. I called to change courses Karel Gave me a course transfer letter to send to the transfers department which was last week Monday. I keep on calling because they said forms should be returned in 5 days, no assistance.. I keep on wasting airtime, no answer.. I send emails, no response. I called back then for a refund. The lady told me about 80% cancelation fee. What's that because when I need help they don't even bother to explain or assist. So now Also the course I want to transfer to the applications for this year will end up closing because they ignore me.. Thers no cancellation fee I'm gonna pay for your neglegence ND poor service.. ND the other consultant told me about cancellation fee to change a course. Why should there be any because I'm not canceling I'm changing ND the course that I want now is more expensive.. I'm tired to bee fooled around by intec. I want my money back. I will try other colleges to get my future moving than waiting for nothing
I'm am very disgusted and actually supriced on how lewis handle their customers. I bought a sound system last year august..October it stoped functioning and they failed to repair or replacement but yet every month I paid accordingly and payed for insurance. The manager is soo rude to an extend he tells me I can't decide on what I want o buy that's why he didn't want to help me in the first place...first thing the product I wanted he said was out of stock and he is the one who said I must take sinotec hence tele***en is out of stock..then a month later his sinotec stoped functioning. I went to the store million times to enquire on my repairs or replacement but the manager himself kept hiding from me..I don't think I'll ever buy from lewis stores mabopane ever again.I'm sick and tired of mandla Hlatswayo the manager and his driver sam. Because the last time I was there hw sweard at me telling me to fotsek he is closed. And it was 15 minutes before the store closes. Now I wrote to hello peter in February that's when they re invoiced me.... Now what disgust me now the manager comes to my home after 8 o clock at night telling me he want te payment on on hand if I don't have money I must go with him! So what I'm trying to understand is that where is he taking me and why should I pay out of the shop. I can't take it anymore people coming to my house telling me they need to take me with....I want to understand where was mandla wanting to take me? 8 o cloclear night harassing me. I'm tired of his threats and harassments May lewis kindly explain to me where does mandla want to take me too because this is a serious harassment for a female young lady like me. I don't want your products and services anymore. So may you refund me and take your goodies. I'm tired! Make it a way that lewis and I no longer do bussiness together. Just find a way how. I went to buy sound system first week april we agreed on it.aoearently when I went to the store they offerd me a different one telling ke what I wanted is out of stock. The sales person Hilda conviced it's good like the one I wanted. .Later on I dicided I don't want it.I went to the store to find out if they can get me what I wanted I'll wait, Mandela Hlatswayo the store manager was so Rude telling me therz no stock and u have to take what they have. I said ok then he said to "I'M SURE U ARE SURE BECAUSE I HAVE NO TIME FOR CANCELING AND ACTUALLY YOU HAVE BEEN SO DEMANDING THAT'S WHY I TOLD HILDA NOT TO PROCEED WITH YOUR SALE BECAUSE YOU SEEM UNSURE. THAT'S WHY I DON'T WANNA DO YOUR SALE..WELL WE had a long conflict in de store. A month later the system was damaged I took it to the store .they kept it at the store for a month without attention. I called head office and spoke to NONNY. SHE PROMISED TO RESOLVE BUT NOTHING WAS DONE. I CALLED SINOTEC AND THEY TOLD Me my complaint was not lodged..Mandla felt threatened and called my husband and starting to promise me new goods and free delivery. When my husband went to the store it was 10 minuted before they close. He told my husband they are closed and I should come myself .when I called a lady told me manager not there and I was standing at the door looking at him inside the shop..Always when I call manager doesn't want to take my calls and it's 4 monta without my system but they still calling me to come pay it but can't give me a new one. I spoke to the regional manager mr stander .since he promised to get back to me when he goes to the store and it's 2 months now since waiting for him.I'm becoming blacklisted for something I used for a month .I have 5 months waiting for my sound system. I don't want it anymore they should wipe away the money they say I owe them
