A fly-by-night organisation
Mikie Mice organisation, even the real Disney character is at least genuine and entertaining to kids. Can Mark Levy fire the whole organisation and may be fire himself too, he's got the worst staff contingent. The incompetence in that organisation is beyond belief. Mohamed, Lilitha, Reaboka etc, all of them ***********, I wonder if they went through interviews and suitability assessments for their post. They can't resolve 1 single query/complaint for 5 months now. These amateurs keep debiting my account, at the same time sending me an email that they cancelled my contract, then send me an email that have refunded me without proof of payment of their end then insist on getting my statement. How stupid can one be?You are a disgrace guys, you should resign if someone is unwilling to fire you

Complete ****mers whose offices should be raided like others who are operating *******ly. They sold me lies, when I cancelled the contract they took their device and have been debiting me for the past 3 months. Everytime I phone they promise they can see I have canceled and assure me they will refund and debit me no more. It looks like their consultants are in on the modus operandi. I should find their offices and open a case against them. I am also going to report them to ombudsman. Stay away from these ******

Be careful of these ****mers. They sell warranties they can't fulfill and only debit your account for nothing. I cancelled my contract with them but they continued to debit me and refused to refund me. Stay away from these guys they desperate for profits they don't deserve

Homechoice becoming Horrible Choice
Ordered a laptop on the 20th of last month, 1 week later when I called to track my order. I was informed my order is being sent back to the warehouse and will take 2 weeks to get back there. This is because the delivery driver couldn't get hold of me. How? I received no phone-call from the driver, don't they use WhatsApp if they can't get hold of a recipient? I stay in an Estate, why was I not dialed from the gate? Now its been 3 weeks, can't order another laptop because I have to wait for the initial order to be sent back to them. Now am being held hostage here, can't do nothing and must wait for them to update their details 1st. When I phoned, I asked them to send the laptop back to me and offered alternative numbers I can be contacted on. I was told to go to the police station to certify my ID if I wanted to update my details. I did and send everything to them, to this day I am told they still waiting for the laptop in their warehouse and therefore I cannot get another one. I missed my assignments because my usual laptop crashed, now its taking more than a month to utilise the credit they granted me. they are very expensive to start with, you pay 3 times the normal price with these guys yet they provide such horrible service. I think I should just walk away here

Nonsensical company
Stay away from these ******. They may have the nice technology but it wont prevent your car from being ****** and they offer the worst service. Only interested in your money and nothing else. Stay away from this bullies, don't make a mistake of signing a contract with them. They will even bill you for not washing your car. Worst company ever to deal with

Being forced to pay for Non-service
These big companies need to be reigned in as they are ripping customers off their hard earned cash. Been with this company since 2018 and never missed a payment and saw through my 3 year fixed contract with them. Upon the expiry of my contract they continued to debit me monthly saying the contract is now on a month-to-month since it has matured. 1 bad month for me and I miss a debit order they logged me out of their app whilst continuing to bill me for the service they are not offering. I spoke to them multiple times that I want to cancel but still they failing to cancel my contract with them. They continue to bill me even today 6 months later but I have no valid contract with them neither will they let me cancel. The Ombudsman needs to bail me out here, I will be contact him. These guys are bullies

Just been shopping around for insurance, it is difficult to know which company to go with. Is the premium your deciding factor or you value the service more and would rather pay extra to get that? King Price Insurance is quoting me an arm and a leg but then the consultant Paballo Mabidikama make me want to ignore the price due to the exceptional service he provides. If dealing with insurance companies was as easy as Paballo makes it seem, I'd definitely insure my future non existent private jet now to avoid speaking to a clueless agent in future. Paballo is it passion? Dedication? Or you are simply born for this? Big up for the great service Brother
