Since March 30 2026, I have not received a cell phone that is working and am currently not having any cell phone of Blue label connect that I can be accountable to pay for. I have been called almost everyday because I have not paid a monthly installment for a phone that I placed a order on where I received a out of box failure phone. I have sent the phone back to be repaired on the 3rd of April 2026. At this point I just want the phone anymore I just want to cancel everything.
On the 30th of March 2026, I received a phone HTC E6 Wildfire Plus that I took out with Blue Label Connect online, as a new phone I opened the box and had to put the device on and then see if the device works. The phone didn't want to go on at all. Then I took the charger and plugged it in maybe it was too flat to go. I received the Phone around 9am and by 12pm the phone still did not go on. I then contacted Blue Label Connect to log the complain. They then gave me two options as per there policy. 1. I can cancel at no cost as it is within the 7 days that I have received the device or, 2. I can send it for repairs at no cost. I was so angry because I took the phone for my son and was excited because it was a birthday gift. Now the birthday is past, and the device cannot be replaced because of their policy. I never broke the phone if it is a factory fault then it should be taken in and not handed back to a paying client. so now I took the repair option of which I feel I should get a new phone as this phone that I will be billed for will be a secondhand phone as they are doing repairs on the phone before I have even used the device. Otherwise just cancel the entire contract.
