I have recently wrote a review based on my experience with blue label connect.I received a call stating I will be payed back the money which was debited from my account on the 27 February 2026,27 April 2026 and 29 March 2026 on last week Friday and the debit order will be cancelled but to my surprise up to this day money is not payed to my account.I am also not convinced that they won't debit my account on my payday this month. For a recap.I wanted a data deal that will last me for a month and I made it crystal clear to the sales lady that I am currently using 1 gig data a day.She sold me two phones in the name of enough data for month only to discover on the arrival of the phones that the deal is 1 gig data a month. I cancelled and they collected the phones. I never used their phones not even inserted the SIM card on the phone. I later discovered they are debiting my account and I confronted them after three debit orders.They payed me back two debits and kept one for cancellation fee on the 20 of February 2026. On the 27 February 2026 , 27 March 2026 and 29 April my my account was debited again.
I believe I've been ****med because I app**** for data but sold 2 phones instead.I made it crystal clear to the sale lady that I am presently using 1 gig data a day and she promised me 1000 something that will last for the whole month with two phones. The day the phones where delivered I realised it's only one gig for a month and I cancelled on the very same day.Blue label connect collected the phones but to my surprise they are debiting my bank account. I communicated with them after three debit orders they refunded me two debit orders on the 20 February 2026.They took one debit order for cancellation fee.To my surprise on the 27 February 2026 ,27 March 2026 and the 29 April 2026 they debited my account again.When I communicate with them via calls and emails (which are available by dates and time ) they promise to refund within seven days on calls and request bank statements on emails which I provide the whole time but they don't refund me. I am kindly asking for help from any institution that can resolve my problem because even if I ask to talk to a supervisor or someone superior to them I am always told he is on lunch or meeting.Then come this bully by the name of Similo who told me l must pay for one year and I fail to understand what is it that I am paying for because I never used their phones not even inserted a sim card on their phones I cancelled.
